As an employee of a Waffle House in Ohio, i know how some things should go and I do want to address many wrong things that have happened on October 6th, 2023.

1. For the young man that was attempting to do his job while his co-workers were fighting/arguing, thank you.
2. All Waffle House employees should know to have the store at least decent if you’re going to do dine-in.
3. You have two grills and six cooks, we all know that the max people allowed on the grill is one (Sometimes two or three if they are on the schedule and/or if they call someone from our sister store.)
4. As there was a rush at 2130 at night and the store is a mess, I could understand if there was a rush throughout the day but, for someone who has been passing the store throughout the day because you’re doordashing and there was no one in the parking lot will have you think, why is the store dirty?
5. MANAGERS, I have something to tell you and I’m going to touch your hand when I say this…. DO BETTER because I should not have to call my district manager on your store to tell them that the management was in there fighting, smoking, not letting your server (Yes, I did say server. As in one individual person.) call the orders and being mad disrespectful to my group is 10 and I.
6. MR. BOBBY/BOBBIE, As I have caught you taking a picture of me while you were on the clock is not only disrespectful but illegal. You have two choices: you can either 1) Delete the photo and come to my store and address the problem or 2) I can call your district and we can all have a chat. Your choice.
7. Sorry for the long review. This is the last comment, I swear… I ordered an Angus Bacon Cheeseburger plate with lettuce and pickles on the burger and Ham and Onions on the Hashbrowns. When my food came to me, I was in disbelief as to that I work at Waffle House once again. The bun looked like it had been there for weeks (possibly months), literally the patty and bacon was still frozen, they melted the cheese and slapped it on the burger, my toppings weren’t there, the hashbrowns were also frozen and when I asked for my drink to be in a to-go cup, they didn’t give me a lid knowing that it’s a rule to give the customer a lid to their drinks. I will say this now and continue to say it, if I ever and I mean EVER go back there, I will make my own food and still pay for it because they can’t be trusted at all to cook your food. As a Waffle House employee, I had second hand- embarrassment being in your store. I was there because my brother’s family was coming out of town for his funeral and this is the impression y’all have out. I do however want to say that the lady that to Bobby/Bobbie and the only server there with his six cooks on two grills, she was management of Waffle House in Florida and I made sure that they were connected. Once again, I do not recommend coming here if you want your food to still be frozen. I know there will be repercussions for me but for that store, god help them.
