Update: I sent this review to the management and quickly received a response that was very professional, promising to correct the issues we witnessed on our visit. Definitely good business, and deserving of an updated review.
The cashier who took our order, Kat, was lovely and did her job well. Once the order was sent to the back, things took a turn for the worse.
Waiting 15 minutes for 2 combo meals with no guests ahead of us wouldn't have been nearly as irritating if the waiting area and soda fountain weren't inundated by several employees on break, friends of employees not on break, a doordasher who apparently gets to just walk in and bypass the line, and one off the clock employee who apparently forgot his phone charger earlier and decided that the dinner hour was the perfect time to show up and request his coworkers hunt it down and bring it out to him.
We watched half of our order sit neglected while the folks who ordered behind us received their food. During our wait, we also witnessed an employee come out from behind the line wearing gloves, fist bump his friend, and return to the line without changing gloves. 𤎠There were no napkins in our order, only two packs of ketchup, one of which was the wrong kind. They did actually get our order right, so points for that. It was even still relatively warm when they finally put the fries in and sent it out.
Most concerning was the fact that Young Mister "I Forgot My Charger" also forgot that he isn't handicapped or at least doesn't have a handicap placard on his car, but illegally parked in a clearly marked handicap parking spot anyway. Noticed that the add on japs was not on a sandwich went in to get them on the side since again no biggie mistakes happen . Got behind a lady wearing an apron clearly on break that was talking to the French fry guy wearing glasses (didnât catch his name). I was under the assumption that she was just a guest but clearly mustâve been his girlfriend or something since when he was done talking to her he walked away without acknowledging me nor letting someone know that there were ppl in the front needing assistance. I get it itâs not âhis jobâ to be in the register area but if he was there already to begin with fraternizing the least he couldâve done was notify someone.    Read moreAfter 5 min. Wait, I submitted my order to an employee in person, right next to the unused drive-through microphone. Then another 5 minute wait in line. I watched an employee slowly walking towards one of the vehicles waiting to the side holding drinks. I get out of my truck to go inside and see what's the problem, but the car in front of me at that moment gets their order and leaves. Instead of heading to my truck, I walk to the window and stand there. I saw 4 or 5 employees without any food in their hands, two of which were talking to each other! One of them, a man in a polo shirt, opens the window and says it's only been 5 minutes and told me to chill out. Finally, I get my food only to discover one of my burgers isn't a burger and has grilled chicken instead!!! At this point, I have already driven away, but wow!
