So I never thought of posting a review on google but a lot of people advised me it was best to put this review and allow people to see how ridiculously horrible the owner of this restaurant is. I originally posted my review on yelp where I mentioned how the restaurant was a converted Quiznos which makes it easier to find. Yes when you arrive the food smells very delicious but once inside you place your order and you wait for your food to cook. On the day I went I ordered about 5 plates of food and it took about 20 minutes for food to be ready, I noticed they did not have vents that properly get rid of the Smokey, oily air so it soaks into your clothes as your sitting there. Upon eating he food I can honestly say the meat had several fatty tissue vs the meat. We hardly got any meet on our food and it was not really the best. Yea it’s a quick bite location but when the plates are ranging up to $10 and I have to wait 20 minutes for food I would expect a little more quality. Upon my review on yelp the owner (Joseph) did not like that I had my own opinion and decided he would rudely attack and bash me by sending me a personal message. He was pretty harsh and even after posting the pic of the message he replied in a comment with yet another rude comment. I honestly can only hope that anyone visiting this restaurant sees this review and thinks twice about it. The most important part of having good food always comes from having good customer service, and as an owner I feel like this place has completely failed and there’s proof. So if you are searching for good Korean bbq don’t head down to Dosirak- don’t waste your money on people who will treat you bad and be rude to you, some people can’t accept feed back...

I’ve been wanting to try this place for a while. We live in Tomball and there isn’t much Korean places to eat and this one was a little further out from our area. But we were finally able to come up here because we was errands to do and wanted to stop by for lunch! At first when I came in, there was a lot of stuff and I was confused at where to order for a second, but I found the menu and looked it over with my husband to be sure of what we wanted. I got the kimchi jjigae and my husband got the Bulgogi, everything is made fresh which was really yummy! I didn’t get the Bulgogi , but the taste and seasoning was everything to me! Delicious!!! Love the even blend of meat and vegetables. My husband liked it a lot as well, along with how perfect the rice was 😭 he said it was fluffy, not to sticky and not so soft! Which I can attest too! My jjigae, was delish! The sweet lady who help us through the whole thing told me it makes you sweat and hot and oh boy it did! It was really good, I love this jjigae compare to others because there was actually a good balance of pork, tofu and kimchi. They didn’t overpower with alot of kimchi which I liked. The son and mom we’re both really sweet and kind, customer service was really great as well! I look forward to coming here a lot more to get my Korean food fix. I wish I took photos of the food, but it was so good that...

Update: I started visiting since a year ago, the place is family owned, so they do their best to please their customers, I’ve seen some negative reviews of people saying they are rude, I wonder though if these same people have ever been rude to anyone at their place of work or were probably just being rude themselves to the workers here. Life goes on, we all have bad days, that doesn’t make you the worst person on the earth. In my experience with Dosirak this past year, I’ve liked every dish I’ve eaten, the employees are always well mannered and the owner and her son are always so polite to us and to everyone I see go in. I just love the homey feeling of this Korean food since I’m in love with their culture, and I’ve eaten at other Korean places that just were not to my liking. I don’t believe in negative reviews because I may not always enjoy what someone else will, unless of course a place is just plain terrible and should be shutdown. Dosirak though, will continue to be my pit stop for simple and yet delicious Korean dishes.

Went there today with a friend and had the bibimbap while my friend had the pot stickers, both loved the food and atmosphere, extremely friendly and polite, will definitely...

Do not go there!!! Read other reviews. So many complain about the rudeness. Awful place. Over the top rude owner! Extremely cluttered and dirty place. My arms were sticking to the table AFTER the mother wiped the mess that was there. Between customers the owner plays video games right there in the middle of the restaurant with the video game sounds blasting. She couldn't possibly care less about our comfort or enjoyment of her restaurant. Do yourself a favor and skip this place. My husband and I love going out to experience different cuisines. We enjoy both high end and very casual places. Absolutely nothing wrong with down to earth, hole in the wall mom and pop type of place. This is not it!!!! There is casual and there is breaking health codes disgusting. Big difference. When you come in,  they don't say "Welcome, I'll be right with you,  how can I help you". No, they bark at you:"DID YOU CALL?!" The food itself was neutral, not bad but not something I would want to come back for. We had such a horrible experience that we had to cleanse the palate and went to Mezze1. It helped. Skip this horrible unclean place. They make Koreans look bad.

Update March 2023: Still a amazing as ever! If you haven't been, you're missing out on a real gem! Ambiance: Just a typical little strip center cafe with a variety of Asian snack foods. Bright and cheerful without being too crowded. Service: Fast and easy ordering. The woman behind the counter was very nice and welcoming. Orders were filled quickly. Food: We ordered the Potstickers, the Beef Bulgogi, and the Bibimbap. Everthing was made fresh while we waited, which made the place smell heavenly. The potstickers were really good with enough filling to make them worthwhile. Even on their own they were flavorful, but the sesame sauce added just that bit of extra oomph. The beef bulgogi came with a side of kimchi, and my husband was glad for that since it tended to be a bit spicy, he could graze on it to his own tolerance. My bibimbap was the real star of our table with a variety of fresh veggies, it tasted amazing with lots of varied complexity once I stirred it all up. Cost: For what we ordered, plus a bottled water and Dr. Pepper we spent about $30 including tip. It was worth every penny plus the drive we made from Cleveland.

I recently visited Dosirak, an authentic Korean cafe, and I must say I was blown away by the flavors and variety of dishes they offered. The Cupbap was my favorite, which had a perfect combination of meat, japchae noodles, rice, and lettuce with a sauce drizzle that took it to another level. It was the perfect size to enjoy without feeling stuffed. In addition to their fantastic cuisine, they also sell imported goods like ramen, pocky, and gundams, which added to the overall experience. But the real star of the show was their dumplings, which were hands down amzing. The dumpling sauce was equally delicious and complemented the dumplings perfectly. Overall, Dosirak exceeded my expectations and will be my go-to dumpling shop from now on. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for authentic Korean cuisine.
