Hello, Home2 Suites Las Vegas City Center Team Members! This is the first time I stayed at this hotel being a Las Vegas Local (this stay was a staycation & work trip combined) and let me tell you, it exceeded my expectations by alot! I couldn't believe how amazing this hotel & all the staff are! This is a hidden gem very, very close to the strip! I had the most relaxing wonderful staycation/work trip in a long time! It was one of the best on my list being a local! I am so happy that I chose this particular hotel because it's pretty new, excellently maintained, sparkling clean, and a very delicious decent daily complimentary hot breakfast. Some breakfast items that we came across (I don't eat pork) were fried eggs, egg patties/omelet, hashbrowns, french toast, turkey & pork sausage, canadian bacon, muffins, pastries, bagels, white & wheat bread slices, fresh waffles that you make with a variety of toppings and condiments available, variety of juices such as orange & apple, oatmeal with a variety of toppings available, cereal, yogurt, milk, etc... This hotel is also in a very convenient location literally right next to the strip and I-15 Freeway (Tropicana & Dean Martin are the major intersections), free one-way and/or roundtrip airport shuttle, free one-way and/or roundtrip Strip shuttle that takes you to the Aria Resort & Casino, parking is $10 Flat per day (indoor garage or outdoor parking - please don't forget to put the parking permit that the hotel provides for everyone's security on your vehicle dashboard OR there is a possibility your vehicle may be towed plus an added bonus is that there is security always monitoring the parking garage, outdoor parking, and property as a whole which I loved for a peaceful and stress-free stay AND to park your vehicle in the hotel indoor garage, it works with your physical room key OR on your phone with the Hilton Honors App), there are NO resort fees, free fresh hot coffee 24/7 that the hotel staff brews with all condiments included on the side, full size fridge in the studio suite, microwave, all cookware and silverware utensils included, full size kitchen, dishwasher, stove top that you can borrow from the Front desk, work desk table that can be used as a dining table too, coffeemaker with included coffee & condiments in your studio suite (feel free to ask hotel staff if you need more), free wi-fi, and so much more!! The room & bathroom is also very modern, bright, good size, pops of colors, clean, comfortable beds, sofa bed, very Large TV with a variety of channels, excellent working central A/C & Heater, nice size walk-in shower with shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion included, good size vanity, fluffy towels, and good amount of storage & USB/Power outlets available. Some staff members that went above and beyond that I would like to mention are Rosa (Night Auditor), Tavia (General Manager), Frankie (Front Desk Supervisor), Patrick, Vanessa, the Shuttle Driver, etc... They were all amazing, respectful, honest, courteous, truly cared about your experience, A+, 5 stars, and wanted to make sure that not just myself BUT everyone was 100% happy and satisfied. They took care of everyone like family and best friends! I really appreciated that very much! My stay dates were August 19th - 22nd, 2022 (3 Nights) in the 1 King Bed Studio Suite with a breathtaking, jaw-dropping, and amazing Las Vegas Strip View on the 4th floor (Room #430) - there are 5 floors at this hotel. I am a Hilton Honors DIAMOND MEMBER and it was so nice of the staff members when I checked in that a room was available right away at around 12:45 PM upon arrival and even offered to let us check out late on 08/22/22. Both were complimentary which is super rare in Las Vegas! I can't wait to be back; which in fact I have already booked several stays throughout the rest of this year due to work and staycation!! I can't wait to see you all soon and stay here! Thanks again for an amazing staycation/work trip!

First I would like to share my great appreciation to Rosa Lopez, she is what made my stay enjoyable and although the overall situation is a one star based on my arrival and pure frustration at check in, Rosa went above and beyond in ensuring the challenges I had to deal with were eased.

Visitor Beware of this unknown situation -

Going forward, I had made the reservation through my company's travel group, as I have done for years, and used my loyalty number, as I have done for more than 120 stays or 5 months this past year, and I was to collect my loyalty points for this 7 day stay, as I do on my personal Hilton AMEX.

The Hilton App only allows one name on the App and although I am the one that travels for work, I have used this app for years for the countless number of trips of the many years, I WAS NOT allowed access to the hotel room because the front desk clerk demanded to my wife before I was allowed access to the room. However, since she was enjoying a concert and could not be connected, there was no possibility to contact her. Our Hilton Honor account is connected to a personal joint AMEX and her name is on the account and since she created the App, her name was the one that was added. Furthermore, the room was booked by my company, it was to be paid by my company AMEX, and event though there was no possibility to take points from the loyalty process, I felt I was being discriminated by the front end clerk.

The booking that I made months prior to my arrival had the corporate cost for the hotel at $1200 but because I wasn't allowed to check into the room and had to rebook a room at the last minute and be subjected to current rates my new costs for the room now were $2500. I argued this price change with the hotels general manager and attempted to get support upon check in and after check out, they refused to investigate the situation or discrimination.

I have been a member to Hilton Honors since 2006 and this IS by far the worst location I have experienced. I was forced to find a NEW location that ranged from over $450 nightly and the check in clerk had no regret. I spent more than 2 hours attempting to find a suitable room for a similar price I was originally quoted with similar amenities and location but with several events in the area I was forced to remain in the area but had to re-reserve...

My family and I absolutely LOVED our stay at this Home2Suites! The king bedroom with a pullout sofa was plenty big enough for my husband, 2 kids, and myself. We stayed on the 4th floor, and had somewhat of a view of the strip, though the parking garage was part of the view. Our room was clean enough, with only some minor issues of dust and a couple small hairs in the bathroom drawer that I used for toiletries while I was there. I didn’t mention it to the front desk as it didn’t seem like that big of a deal. I only felt it worth noting here for those who will complain about anything- so they can stay elsewhere. The apartment style fridge was awesome, considering we were there for almost a week, and the laundry facilities located in the gym area were helpful ($2 per load to wash). My only complaint is that the King bed was somewhat more firm than what I like, but on the plus side it was still plush enough for me to get some sleep, which is more than I can say for some hotels.

The location was PERFECT! We walked to the strip one day, and took a taxi back to the hotel. Being so close, it only cost about $14 to come back, which was much cheaper than spending the money to park at one of the casinos on the strip. We also walked to In-N-Out Burger, which was right across the street, though it took 3 crosswalks to get there because of the way the roads are set up (no crosswalk on the road between the hotel corner and the restaurant).

Breakfast was available every morning with several options, including but not limited to: waffles, eggs, 2 types of sausages (one pork, one turkey), bread for toast, bagels, yogurt, juices, and oatmeal plus the mix-ins.

Pool was open but too cold to swim in, as their heating mechanism was acting up. But since the franchise owner also owned the Marriott Townhomes on the same property, we were allowed to swim in that pool which made the issues at our hotel a non-issue while staying.

Parking costs $10 per day, and having lived in Vegas, I HIGHLY suggest locking your doors and removing any highly valuable items from your vehicle, before heading inside. We didn’t have any issues, but that is always a risk you take in the city.

We didn’t bring any pets, but for an additional fee you can bring the...
