The staff was ok we ended up getting stranded and didn't know anybody out in Vegas so we sat here for the day. The staff showed us how to open the bathroom door, which was turn the handle and give it a push with you shoulder. Now mind you this is also how they showed others as well when they came in. So all day we was opening the bathroom door the way we was showed. Then the next set of staff came in, I went to open the door the way we was showed all day, the lady came out and said no you have to be buzzed in, I was absolutely applaud. I apologize and told her nobody told us abt the buzzer at all, and explained who showed us and how. So she said she let the manager know, abt an hour and a half we was told the general manager from the back wanted us to leave because of how we was opening the bathroom door and he watched us on camera. This was the floor manager telling me this, I ask to speak to both of them and they said the general manager wasn't there and the one who told us to leave didn't want to come and address the situation. So I said can I use the restroom before I go ad can I pay for my last drink and I was told no. So we gathered our things to leave, as we are leaving of course the police is rolling in smh So I go next door to Wendy's to buy a drink and try to use the restroom because I had to go really bad and was denied there because Jack in the crack called them. Like I told the ladies in the front, If he was so called watching on camera, the he definitely seen his staff teach us how to open the bathroom along with showing others, as well as opening the door that way themselves. He was mad because I said I'm calling corporate. What a way to treat paying customers and...
Read morePlaced a special order and did receive what I ordered. I called them and informed the said to be manager who took my order and she said she will write my name down and when I return they will correct it. This is not a location that I often visit so when I attempted to get my order corrected and the now said to be only manager Jimena said you only have 3 days after the error to pick it up. (This was not stated when I spoke with the lady on the phone who I also told I am not in the area often) she was extremely RUDE. She told me that she was the only manager so I asked for the number to corporate and she gave me a 702 # I called it as she texted the person that she gave me the # to and no one answered so I left a voice-mail explaining what was happening and Jimena tells me that I was lying about my order date and said they have cameras with you saying the wrong date (this conversation was being had as I was leaving the voice-mail). I would not recommend going to this location that offers HORRIBLE SERVICE. The number Jimena gave me text me back after I texted it requesting a call back ASAP and stated "Ok, I will call you as soon as I finish with a meeting".
As I'm now reading the responses from other reviews I see they send you a link to submit a complaint so I should start that process now. Hopefully I get a better response since I was later told that the # that was given to me was not corporate but her manager 🙄 and this is a franchise so they don't have corporate 🤔 which seems weird because the link that's being provided is jack in the box website...
Read moreWe drive to the Jack in the Box in Maricopa Az on our way to California. We had not been to this location in about 2 years. We stopped going because the food and the service was terrible back then. To get an order and pick up was about 30 minutes. The food was reheated or made “way” in advance so it was stale when you got your order.
The food and service was better this time as it appears there has been a change in staff and the food, at least was semi fresh. The eggs in the breakfast jack was over dine and the by. Was a little chewy.
I have called the 800 number in the past with no response from Jack in the Box. The level of service and the quality of the food is not just a problem at Jack. Starbucks, McDonald’s, Burger King, Wendy’s, Sonic and Taco Bell also have similar problems. I believe the problem originates with the management and their ability to lead effectively and understanding how to provide a quality product and service. The worst place is Sonic. The staff is rude, the food is terrible and the management appears not to care. I believe some of these managers need to look at the In N Out’s playbook. The service is consistent, staff is polite and well dressed. Management is constantly monitoring the process to ensure their customers are getting a...
