My husband and I have both done over 70 escape rooms and we agreed that Trapped is probably our favorite establishment we’ve gone to so far. Renton, BaileyBob and Tori all helped us out as we did Lair of the Puzzlemaster, Pandoras Box, and X-13 all in one day. We had done One Eyed Jack two years ago and finally made it back (we live out of town). We did One Eyed Jack and Puzzlemaster in groups of 4, and we did Pandoras Box and X-13 just the two of us. Everyone got to do something and enjoyed the puzzles. The theming and decor of these rooms rivals or maybe even tops all that we’ve done, and the gamemasters are always helpful without giving too much away. But, by far my favorite thing about these rooms is the bonus puzzles. In Trapped’s newer rooms, if you are more experienced escapers and finish the main room in a short amount of time, Trapped adds hidden puzzles to make sure you get your money’s worth. The transition to the bonus puzzles is seamless and they were just as challenging and fun as the main ones. Overall just love these rooms and will definitely take advantage of the loyalty cards they gave us to visit their SoCal locations. After 4 rooms you get a free tshirt (we got a voucher because they were out at the time) and after 5 rooms you get to book a room for free, which is another awesome thing we haven’t yet encountered at other rooms. Totally recommend Trapped!

My family and I visited Trapped! yesterday and we had such a great time. I'm not a big fan of escape rooms, but my brother (who booked the reservation), convinced me to join the family. Surprisingly, I really enjoyed it and we DID escape! We did the "How The Puzzlemaster Stole Christmas" which is the Christmas version of "The Lair of the Puzzlemaster" from what I was told. I visited with my daughter (13) and two nephews (8 & 10), and it was challenging enough that we needed a clue, but not so much that the kids couldn't participate. It was really a perfect one for the entire family. Our host was Haleigh and she was great. Request her if you're looking to book here. I'd 10/10 recommend checking this place out if you're looking for something to do with the family. They also have other escape room experiences you can check out too . . . even one that's horror themed. Enjoy!

Two players with experience ranging from 60-75 rooms each. Only played one game here at the recommendation of REA. Our game master / actor was Tori, she did an amazing job running our game, super nice. We did Pandora's Box - small room but a fantastic use of the small space, lighting, and props. Linear puzzle flow, so two people was perfect. It's worth noting there's a bit of extra content if you're ahead on time - definitely made our game feel a lot more substantial. They even talked to us about the room and its design details afterward. Definitely a favorite in the area.

Only my fourth escape room ever, Pandora’s Box, but easily my favorite and it’s not even close. My wife and I were able to complete the room and continue on to auxiliary puzzles, which still gave us a sense of “we’re not done yet?!” Really smart design, you get your full money’s worth.

The technical aspects of it all! Voiceovers, heat, rain, wind, lighting effects were vastly superior to the other rooms I’ve taken part in at other establishments. They’ve taken great care to make the entire experience so impressive, they conveyed the information properly, there was only one of the 20 puzzles I felt was a bit off, but maybe I had too much anxiety at that point because it was closer to the end. Delightful use of props and mechanics through and through!

This is the new benchmark for us and unfortunately I’ll probably enjoy other escape rooms far less because they won’t be up to this standard.

HALEIGH was delightful in helping us through the whole process. Patient, calm, and fun with her characterization. The whole experience start to finish was one I won’t forget. I kept telling my wife on our drive after “I cannot believe that was that well made, I don’t know how...

What an amazing visit to an Escape Room in Las Vegas. We played three games with the Trapped Team - Pandora's Box, One-Eyed Jack, and The Lair of the Puzzlemaster. All three of these games were fantastic and really well done. They had the right balance of tech with lock-and-key puzzles, great story lines, and an incredible staff to keep everything moving for your 60-minute game. Haleigh was our game master for all of our games and she was masterful. It is an art to be able to integrate yourself into a game without being intrusive and Haleigh did a great job of that. We also met the manager, Nick, and he talked to us about some of the builds and how the locations in Southern California are doing. We are definitely heading to play those. If you are undecided about which game to play - go for Pandora's Box, it was my favorite, totally immersive, and a great mix of puzzles. The environment was outstanding in that game! And if you are playing One-Eyed Jack...use the bathroom before...it can get a...
