Wings 101 — Restaurant in Georgia

It took you months to respond, and I NEVER used profanity. That's a bald face 🤥🤥🤥! Look at the raw chicken 😂, look how it was packaged. Pictures don't lie, but you did. I stand on my comment on poor service and mediocre food over priced raw chicken and a whole side of rice missing!

My sauce was all over the bag because you tossed my food and ranch to me after giving away my food to another customer, after I opened the box disgusting!

The handling of the little girl cheeseburger that you all took of her tray, added a cold slice of cheese on it. Then you all just gave it to her no apologies was given. Keep in mind I was sitting at the table next to them, so I saw everything and I never heard your staff apologize. Yes I did want my a refund after seeing that happen, and my neices got there food quite awhile before me. Still no refund!

NO I will NEVER support a business who doesn't give refunds for something that they didn't receive and waited for. Originally when we came in, it was only three people ahead of us. But I still received food that went into the trash.

No worries because my family, friends, nor myself will ever support your establishment.

As far as my comment about you all coming over here, and not doing refunds doesn't sit well me.

Truthfully I don't care what color, creed or anything one is treat people right when they're spending money. I have never asked for a refund for my food until I went here.

This was the very first time I visited this restaurant. My intention was to see how the wings taste as I am planning a party next week and would need 100 boneless wings. I saw the good reviews, so I had anticipated awesome wings. I ordered 10 boneless wings, half with lemon pepper and half with garlic parmesan. I received the wings in the 15 minutes time I was told it would take. However, to my disappointment, all of the wings were overcooked. Very little meat inside which was dry. The rest of the outer meat was so overcooked it was not even crispy; just a very dark brown, hard and tasteless. As for the rub, the lemon pepper dry rub was so salty I had to scrape that off on every piece. They put too much. I could not taste the garlic parmesan, but I did not care after how badly overcooked the wings were. Thankfully I did not order 100 boneless wings as that is probably what I would have gotten. Today at work we decided to order from Wings 101 which I absolutely loved.I thought I would avoid them the headache of me calling, placing the order I decided to place the order online quick and easy for both of us. So I placed the order online(assuming it was 3 combos) drove to the location they ask me to wait and how many drinks were with the order =3 drinks, she handed the cups over and I proceeded to pour the drinks from the fountain. The owner barges out of back as if I’m trying to pull a fast one. He was upset stating I only ordered 1 drink, I continued to say it’s 3 drinks he was on edge as of he had 5 cups of coffee this morning. I handed over the cups waited for the order it was wrong( completely my fault) I requested 2 orders of rice and 2 drinks for an additional $7.49 which is fine.
