Horrible went there only because lennys was closed and totally regret it.The kids they had run the place 3/20/19 841 pm in cumming market place blvd. First off they already had 90% of there meats up and it was 20 mins before they close apprently the kids think closing at 9pm means they get to walk out @9 which most ppl with any service industry back round knows it doesnt work like tht, so my daughter wanted a meatball sub and they told us they already put it away even tho they were still open, than we ask for chz stks 2 of them 12 in each with ,mushrooms, peppers, and lettuce &mayo on both also are only option for my daughter was turkey and provalone ,lettuce, and tomato. Ok so thts what we ordered well my daughters sandwich was missing lettuce and the tomato, now for both of the chz stks the meat was never warmed up it was freezing cold and the bottom bun was soggy as hell he put the lettuce on bottom which ive never seen done before and the whole bottom was cold and soggy and fell apart upon trying to eat it, thts after having to heat them up at home for 7 mins each in toaster oven, tht is how cold they were! Also for both of those sandwiches it was 85% mushrooms and peppers and 15% meat the mushroom were quarter inch thick and also cold not just the meat it was extremely apparent tht their employees just wanted to leave so after spending 28$ for nasty sandwhiches one missing all the topping asked for and the other 2 were so disgusting it made me sick to my stomach even after heating them up because the whole bottom bun was so soggy it mushed and the consistency was nauseating. They need to be micro managed ther! also while we were there the cashier proceeded to tell us how he was recently reprimanded for telling a customer he "couldnt eat there cause they were closing" i dont know who the Gm is but if there was a manager there hes just as much to blame! Needless to say ill makesure i get to LENNYS next time before they close. Also while i was there a young cpl came in and ended up leaving cause the employees kept saying everything was put up so they went to the place next door! Deffinetly do.t recommend this place at all!

Read moreOn the 31st of March 2018 at approximately 2 p.m. I placed an internet order with Firehouse Subs at Marketplace Boulevard in Cumming Georgia. I was working that day and did not have much time to spend in a restaurant, which is why I made the internet order. When entering the store I noticed a long line to the counter and I noticed what was more than likely my order sitting on top of an oven. After standing briefly in the line I approached some workers and asked if I could get my order and go as I had paid by the internet. A female, later identified as the manager Glenda, stated that the order was not paid for until I had met with the person at the register and that I was required to stay in line. Upon departing the store I stopped to speak again to the manager to voice my displeasure of having to wait in the line when I had already ordered and paid for my purchase by the internet. The manager continued to spout about policy, then shruged in indifference and in a tone highlighting her indifference stated that she was "sorry" as she walked away from me. Now, I understand policy and I understand that this manager may not have been empowered to think outside the box and work around policy. As an internet customer I was actually there before everyone in line. Internet customers should be checked out first or have a second register for just internet customers. It would advance the line, educate store customers about the app and make the app more useful to customers. But, this managers attitude was inexcusable! First off, as a manager, she is in public relations; and second, she represents both the store and the chain as a whole. First rule of customer service is that the customer is ALLWAYS right! Especially if he's wrong. All she had to say, with a tinge of sincerity in her voice, that she agrees, its a bad policy and she'll gladly upchannel my complaint. Instead she essentially told me thats how they do things n I can go pound sand if I don't like it. I have choices on where I spend my money and I talk to people about good places to eat. Panda Express was looking mighty good today, just...
Read moreI am a previous employee of this particular Firehouse Subs. I wanted to leave this review for customers to see, so that you all may understand how great our management is and why I loved my time at Firehouse Subs with Brett Black, the owner. Firehouse Subs has its' greatest priority in customer service. Glenda Forte, the General Manager, makes every effort to satisfy the needs of all of the customers at Firehouse. During my time working there, I got to know each and every one of our customers. Almost all of our customers are regulars, meaning that the large amount of people we see each day continuously come back to visit our employees and enjoy the subs we make. Many of our customers would come in just to check up on specific employees. Brett works in the store with the employees, and gets to know us. He is always available to contact and communicate with. He follows our Corporate policies to a T, and we are expected each day to bring the best service, value, and quality food to the customers. We are also expected to be constantly maintaining a clean work space, and provide a clean place for the customers to enjoy their meals. This store is open for a great cause, to raise money for our firefighters and emergency responders, so that they have the equipment and resources to possibly save the life of the person next to you, your brother, your spouse, or you! I had an amazing experience working with this team!
I was not asked to leave this review. I have worked in various places and have never been treated with so much respect by an employer, and given such a flexible schedule to fit my schedule. Thank you guys for letting me...
