Taco Bell — Restaurant in Danbury

Recently, entered the restaurant with my Family of vegetarians around 10 pm. Great to see the Manager (and his crew) wiping tables clean in between their orders. Fast Service !! 'Spicy Potato Soft Taco' from their value menu and 'Cheese Quesadilla' are great choices for Vegeterians. Also tried their Chicken Quesadilla and it was great. Just add a dash of their spicy 'Diablo' sauce if you like it hot (spicy). Had drive-thru late in the nights couple of weeks ago. Same great service and taste. Would not compare it with other food joints, this is a simple Taco Bell, but worth your money.

Update on 2019-08-20: I have been a regular drive through customer here and the one at exit 5 (main street). Walked in yesterday for the first time after the renovation. The place looks much neater and the ambience is good. My only complaint (having tried the main street tacobell which is good in this aspect) is that the fillings are not complete in your tacos and quesadillas here. My little one almost always throws away the edge pieces of the Cheese Quesadilla since there is no cheese on them. Please check if the food is prepared as per Tacobell standards,...

Just ate at Taco Bell 5 minutes ago. I ordered Power Menu Steak Burrito and asked not to include avocado. Been waiting for more than 30 minutes. I was disappointed that when I have my burrito was almost nothing on it! I checked it inside the burrito was only few strips of beef some tomatoes and mostly sauce. I always this burrito but I was so shocked that I have this tonight that makes me disappointed and lost my appetite to eat! I complained and my husband went to the cashier and she called the supervisor about my complain. I told to the supervisor that the burrito that I always ordered has lettuce tomato and cheese but there was none in y burrito that I just ordered tonight! The supervisor denies that this burrito has no lettuce on it! But obviously in the picture has lettuces and cheese on it! The stupid supervisor just gave a small of lettuce that makes me more mad and totally lost my appetite! We’ve been going and eating to this Taco Bell in Danbury near Walmart but this is the only time that disappointments me. The supervisor seems new to this Taco Bell! Sorry but he has poor quality kind of supervisor ever!...

It’s pretty disappointing that this location hasn’t improved at all in the last year. I work nearby and used to come here once a week for breakfast, but the staff are so inattentive and unobservant that I can’t waste my energy in the morning just to get a treat no matter how much I might be craving it.

Several times in the past I waited in the drive through for over 5 minutes before someone asked to take my order which was made online already. Today I saw the drive though getting work done, and so I walked inside to place an order. For three minutes I watched as the four staff members in the kitchen slowly placed items into bags, took them back out, and stared back at the order screen confusedly while never even once glancing at me at the counter.

I really try to give customer service workers, especially minimum wage ones, a break because I’ve been in their shoes more than once even at a Dunkin’. But this level of disservice is something I’ll make every...
