Sierra — Local services in Danbury

I bought Tommy Bahama sneakers through Sierra online and was told by the gentleman that picked up the phone to call tommy and they will handle it. the reasoning of calling tommy and/or Sierra was because I got my shoes delivered with a hole already in the toe Area. After calling Sierra and being told Tommy Bahama will figure it out for me, Tommy Bahama customer service told me Sierra is not a 3rd party seller nor authorized to sell their product And that since I bought the Tommy Bahamas sneaker through Sierra online I will not be getting a refund Nor an exchange. I wasted $25 on these shoes and I refuse to bring my business to Sierra moving forward I have reported this business to the Better Business Bureau and hopes this case will be resolved through them good luck and bring your...

Sierra is part of the TJX group of stores and this shopping center features a Marshalls, TJ Maxx and Homegoods as well so you can sample almost all the stores in the corporate portfolio. This was one of the first Sierra's to open on the East Coast and is much like a Marshalls or TJ Maxx with a focus on hiking/camping/outdoorsy apparel and homegoods of that style as well. They are always well stocked with a variety of goods and have markdowns going on all year like their sister stores.

My only dislike about shopping there is that products seem to move often and might be found in multiple areas. For example on my last visit I found at least 3 large displays of Men's socks spread apart, and an additional endcap of...

I'm torn between 3 and 4 stars. I like this store's location. I just wish that the quality of the clothing was stepped up. Clothing and most shoes are made from cheap very light weight materials and are being sold at top price. Not worth it. Yet I have found ,after much searching, one or two items I am very pleased with. It's a mixed bag there, and I can see they are trying to appeal to all income levels which is fantastic. But again, I do wish they would pick up the quality a little.
