Place was horrible we got a room for 6 people atleast that’s what he said and had 2 extra visitors that were not staying there which I thought was okay cause I saw other rooms with more then 6 people but I was going to pay for the car of my visitor which I guess I never should of cause when I went to the front office to pay for it the guy got a huge attitude with me and asked me how many people I had and apparently I was only supposed to have 4 people and he starting freaking out he came to my room telling them they had to leave even the people who thought they could stay and I was still very polite I told the guy that I was sorry for the incovience and told my buddy’s to leave but he proceeded to basically call me a liar He was even threatening to call the cops the whole time and I was cooperating in every way and he saw them leaving but still had a huge attitude we also were not causing any problems we were all stayed in the room and like I said before I did everything the guy asked but was just still very rude and I was polite the whole time So basically if you go there make sure you know how many people you can have Cause if there’s too many might get the cops called on you I mean seriously I’ve never been treated so bad and I was paying 150 dollars worst hotel ever no customer service .I just also looked at there website and even there it said 6 people for...
Read moreI booked two rooms for one night through hotels.com which came to roughly $135 for both rooms. Upon my arrival I was charged another hundred and $20 for deposit, as well as another $10 for something else another $5 for something else and another $15 for something else. So their prices they had posted up line we're not the correct prices they were charging people. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude and was unwilling to help and very argumentative the whole time. So the next day comes and we go to check out, that night I had started my monthly and you know sometimes it gets a little messy. When they came in to inspect the room they told me they were going to keep the deposit because I had to buy them not only new sheet set for a king size bed but towels and washcloths as well. The people at the front desk again were very argumentative and would not allow us to contact the owner or give us the number and any way shape or form to try to defuse a situation. So I had to get on the phone with hotels.com and let them know not only wear their prices online not correct but to complain about why they were keeping my deposit. Hotels.com was extremely upset and actually refunded the money themselves. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody. All they are going to do is ruin your vacation or your stay while you are here.
