I was there last week on vacation bought a plain black shirt and had the put a the Daytona Beach bike week 2024 logo on it. I back home to Michigan and fo to put it on and the shirt is ripped in 3 different places. Where it looks like someone cut it. I called them yesterday and told them and asked if I can send it back to them with the receipt and have the. Make me another shirt and send it tomein the mail. I will give them my address. They said no I have to be there in person. Hello my vacation is over I'm back home in Michigan I have to work. I'm beyond pissed off. I understand things happen and sometimes things are made right but come on you can clearly see someone cut the shirt. So know I paid $20 for a shirt I can't even wear. I either would like them to make me a new one or send me my money back. I'm now out $20 that I could have used for gas. I'm not really happy. I can't just afford to drive 2 days one way back down there when I can just mail them the shirt and the receipt and they can make the shirt again and send me...

Place was messy, full of cheap junk, and guy working there was rude. Went in there to get a Daytona t-shirt and souvenirs...sign said $12.95 for shirts individually or 2/$20. I bought one to-go mug,(19.99) 1 t-shirt...got home and they charged $48 for two items. Why? We had also asked to use the restroom while we were in there, guy said they didn't have one. Really? So where do they go to the bathroom? In a cup? If you're going to rip people off, at least let them use the restroom....

Big things; small things; deals like 3 for $10; pick a T-shirt or sweatshirt and then pick up the iron on to customize a wearable item.
