i placed an order 1/26, the website told me 18-25 min. i got there after placing the order 29min knowing how slow the employees are. When i got there the place was packed. They seem to prioritize Doordash orders first. i also realized that they prioritize complainers as people would complain and then 10 min later get there food. while i was waiting they have one employee who just stands there and does nothing. They also have one employee who was literally making tiktoks. One alarming part is they all were not wearing gloves. One worker wore a mask but not gloves... worry about yourself not the customer obviously. i also notice they prioritize people who place orders in store over online customers who tip. there was a lady who walked in 20 min after me and placed an order and got it 20 min later. remember i was 4 min late. one point i asked after waiting an hour how long it would be, the man said 30 more min. 30 MORE MIN. i was mad i tried to complain but the same employee waived me off and ignored me. so i told the employee who was standing doing nothing i want to cancel my order. so they did... so i thought. i called later that night told someone everything that happen and they gave us a $10 credit along with the refund. Again so i thought. i waited 5-7 days and got no refund or credit. i called the store on Feb 3rd. i talked to the GM Dana Adkins who you would think be very supportive. He told me for me to get a refund and credit i had to send the email conformation. By the way when i told him about the credit he laughed at it. Read moreWing Stop is my favorite wing joint on the planet. We were thrilled to see one come close to us. We placed an order online and picked it up to eat at home. I know the store is brand new, so we will be back despite a few challenges. Here were the issues:
The garlic parm wings we ordered may as well have just been a plain wing with no sauce at all. There was so little garlic parm that they were actually kind of gross.
We did not get either of our 2 side order of veggie sticks. That was disappointing.
The fries needed a bit more time cooking as they were not close to crispy and rather soggy as well as they needed more seasoning. They seemed to be lacking seasoning almost altogether.
I have eaten at just about every Wing Stop around Cincy and a couple in Missouri. I will be back. Hopefully this is just a new store working through things. Read moreI had to wait over 2 hours for a 20 piece boneless wing and a large fry. I understand that this location was very busy but the service i received was terrible. Two of the teenage male employees kept telling me my food was coming only to be informed they never actually received my ticket. They also had terrible attitudes towards me and other customers and were overall no help. The only true help i got from anyone was from one of the managers and he only stepped in after an hour of me being there. every time I go to this location, the service is incredibly bad. I try not to complain because I like the food, but the staff at this location is rude to each other, to guest, and everyone’s time. within this time, I was never offered a refund or anything to compensate me.
