Penn Station East Coast Subs — Restaurant in Deerfield Township

This is my first review ever. I USED to love this place as it is right by my work. But I no longer feel that way. I went tuesday and was dbl charged for an item. When I went in - showed them that, I was met with the rudest lady I have ever come across. She raised her voice, stating it was all on the bank - nothing she could do and made a huge to do about it. When I said I would not be happy if I had to come back a second time to fix their error she accused me of making a threat in a public place. It was not a threat and I do NOT appreciate that! When I asked her not to raise her voice she again stated I was making a threat - when I asked her what threat had i made, she stated what I said about not being happy and when called on that she stated well youre already not happy. And I am not - that is not a threat and I believe in today environment that kind of statement should never be raised! I will not go back to that place when that girl is there - wow I can not believe she made the mistake then got rude and accused me of...

My wife and I typically love Penn Coast, so we thought to give this local branch a try today for lunch. The Italian is our go to, so we got 2. When we got home and took the sandwiches out of the bag, we had to get paper towels to soak up all the liquid that was seeping out of the sandwich wrappers. When we opened them we had to grab plates and clean out counter from all the dressing they drenched the sandwiches in. They were so soaked, both were almost totally inedible. Neither of us could finish ours due to how absolutely drenched they were. The bread (which is usually pretty tough) was totally soggy and falling apart. I literally rang my sandwich out like a wet cloth on to my plate, not sure what the person making those sandwiches was thinking...

All I want was cheese bread with some mushrooms on top. Not made under cheese. I have had it before. But I'm guessing what I honestly wanted did not matter. Because I also was charged for a veggie well I did not want a veggie I just wanted add a few mushrooms on top. No we're my bread got soggy. I guess. So I was charged over 3.00 for mushroom which not been charged that much before but hey all new ball game. So I spent a little over 10.00 for a small cheese bread and small drink made. The way your company wanted not the way I wanted.. I ordered dine in but when the meal came I could just grab it go. This is one person that will make her own cheese bread and add mushrooms. Just takes away from being able run see grandkids or trying make...
