BIBIBOP Asian Grill — Restaurant in Deerfield Township

2024 JUNE So we have been getting food from here for a few months now. The food is pretty good. I have a child with gluten issues and this place is one of the few places you can get a quick meal without breading in or on the food. They even have gluten free cookies!

The food is a typical choose-your-ingredient-bowl style restaurant, with a Korean flavor. They have several tea-like beverages beyond the soda machine.

The dining area has a few enclosed booths that really help with the noise bouncing around from all of the hard surfaces.

Service is usually pretty good. Our to-go orders have been correct and usually well made. Have had a few instances of skimping on the ingredients that we did not discover until we got home and opened up the order.

Parking is a bit cramped, as they share a building with 3 other busy food places. This location is in the corner of a larger shopping mall, so if crawling through a busy and tight parking area is not your thing, you can always park in the huge lot further away and walk the additional 200 feet.

The parking area in front of BIBIBOP was very crowded with customers going to the barbeque joint next door. This was my first time visiting a Bibibop franchise, and I Absolutely fell in love & feel like I found a new favorite joint. The menu is very simple to order from, and the food was awesome. I like it that you start from a slightly bland dish and you can control the strength of the flavor with the different sauces on the side - far better and healthier option than sodium riddled food out there nowadays. I love the gluten free, vegan & vegetarian option that you can take when building the bowl. I was delighted to find this place for a vegetarian friend of mine. (No doubt she already knows about this place though) This particular location seems it had just opened, and it’s immaculately clean with very modern seating areas. The staff are extremely friendly and fast. I went there at noon - right at the peak lunch hour. It was very busy but still it took me less than 5 minutes to walk away with my food. ...

My first time visiting and it was very underwhelming for me. I ordered online so I was expecting my order to be finished by the time I got there. Nothing was ready and I had to wait a few extra minutes (although I was late when picking up my order).

The lady at the register did greet me and said my order will be up in a few minutes so the customer service was nice especially during lunch rush which can be a pain sometimes.

My main concern was the food. The food is very BLAND. I ordered a bowl with spicy chicken and it wasn’t spicy at all. Everything lacked flavor and seasoning. Strawberry Lemonade is decent.
