For the first time I experienced this kind of bad service at Panera bread. unless you have no option left I would suggest not to go to this place. After a very long day we stopped here to have dinner. To start with.... it took 10mins to take order for three items(chipotle chicken melt whole sandwich, one soup, grilled cheese with added veggies onions and peppers), and one drink, and even after saying dine in they gave me in a bag as togo and even after that I had to on back and ask for plates and for soup and sandwich they forgot to give chips which I have to go again and ask. For soft drinks, coke and dite coke are just water and lemonade was not great and one of my friend didn't feel like having any food so he ordered cappuccino coffee and he got a Expresso and that is tasteless too. And grilled cheese is filled with peppers was not able to taste anything other than peppers that was so bad and other sandwich was also not that great. Generally we respect food and never throw our food. After so long we had to eat what we got even we didn't like it. Just to add one more point if the place is busy then it is understood that couple of mistakes are excepted but in this case I hardly saw two...
Read moreUnbelievable experience at Panera today and not in a good way. Went through the drive thru and ordered 2 pick 2 meals. I paid and was then asked to pull forward and they would bring it out. 20 minutes later...I'm still waiting. I called the store and Logan answered the phone. I told him we had been waiting and he said " Oh, we got busy with customers ". ...???? WHAT? Well what was I? After waiting another 10 minutes for our order he says to let them know the next time I come in and they will give me a free cookie. Wow. ....I got my money back. When Panera first opened I gave it the benefit of the doubt that staff just needed some time to get use to being open but this is an ongoing problem. At Christmas time I ordered a box of bagels online and paid for it and they sold my paid items to customers who walked in that day and didnt plan ahead like I did. That is poor management and it just continues. So Panera, when exactly do your customers start to matter to you?...
Read moreCame for breakfast and coffee. There was no coffee! I got half a cup of Colombian and my boyfriend drained what was left to of the decaf!!! The half and half was empty as well. All other coffee carafes were empty. My breakfast was wrong twice! First they gave me Bacon instead of sausage. They corrected this part but forgot my egg. Both breakfasts tasted really not very well regarding flavor. We we leaving and I wanted to top off my half cup of coffee, figuring they had time to make more…. But the only carafe that was filled was the decaf. We had alerted them of the shortages but in 20-30 minutes they corrected very little. I know there are staffing problems everywhere but this experience and the lack of attitude in even wanting to fix things plus the food quality means I will not be returning here. I’m wondering if all the Panera’s have gone down hill too. We spent $18 but could have spent less than 10 with better results at a fast food...
