Cliffhanger Used Books — Local services in Estes Park

As a frequent traveler to Estes Park since 1974, I have patronized and supported local businesses for over 40 years, Today, my wife and I decided to pick up food at a nearby Asian restaurant, As it happened, a group of Elk cows (no males) had descended into town next to the restaurant, the neighboring post office, and the bookstore. As I neared the bookstore to take a photo, the manager came out and chastised me for being illegally close to the cow (I was 20' or more). Maybe I was too close and a nice head's up would have been more appropriate? (I am not an expert in Estes Park wildlife law.) Her tone was condescending and less than hospitable. I try my best to be respectful when visiting all communities, states and countries outside of my home and pay a lot of dollars when travelling to communities like Estes Park. This place was great! The selection and the books were nicely organized and the service was great. The location was also nice the prices were very reasonable and a great deal!
