Absolutely Delicious Indian Food in Estes Park! Indian Bites in Estes Park is a fantastic find! Located conveniently right in the parking area, it's easy to access and offers a truly delightful culinary experience. We had a wonderful feast, starting with the chicken momos which were perfectly steamed and the accompanying sesame and soybean chutney was absolutely bursting with flavor – a real highlight! The chicken chilli had just the right amount of kick and was packed with savory goodness. The chicken karahi was rich, aromatic, and incredibly satisfying. We also enjoyed a generous portion of flavorful chow mein and some wonderfully soft and garlicky naan bread that was perfect for soaking up the delicious sauces. A special treat was the panipuri – so fresh and bursting with potato filling and a savory chutney. To top it all off, the chai tea was warm, comforting, and the perfect ending to our meal. What impressed us most was that they spice everything to order, catering perfectly to individual preferences. Everything we tried was incredibly delicious and very filling – we definitely left satisfied! We were so impressed with our experience at the Estes Park location that we will absolutely have to try their Lyons location as well. Highly recommend Indian Bites for anyone craving authentic and flavorful Indian cuisine...

An Unforgettable Vegetarian Feast

Tonight’s dinner was an absolute delight—a truly memorable vegetarian culinary experience that deserves to be celebrated.

From the start, the setting was cozy and inviting, with a relaxed yet refined atmosphere that made the evening feel special. The service was impeccable—attentive without being intrusive, and every interaction felt genuine and thoughtful.

Now, let’s talk about the food: each dish was a star in its own right. The veg noodles were perfectly stir-fried with a balance of spices that awakened the palate. The veg momos, delicately steamed and served with a tangy dipping sauce, were bursting with flavor—comforting and satisfying.

The naan was soft and pillowy, the ideal companion to the rich, aromatic veg korma, which was creamy, spiced just right, and full of tender vegetables. And the surprise favorite of the night? The classy okra—lightly crisped and seasoned to perfection, transforming a humble vegetable into a gourmet highlight.

To top it all off, we were treated to a cup of high-class Indian tea—fragrant, bold, and the perfect ending note to a flawless meal.

This dinner wasn’t just about eating—it was an experience, a celebration of flavors and warmth. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates the art of vegetarian cooking done right. We’ll...

I am not much for reviews, but Indian Bites in Estes Park was such a pleasant surprise, I told our excellent hostess I would leave a review. So yes--all the five-star reviews here are well-deserved.

The restaurant is in the heart of the "theater district", near the river and the roundabout near Moraine Avenue, in a kind of out-of-the way little strip mall. We were immediately greeted and seated, with ice water on the table within seconds. No alcohol at this time, unfortunately, but they are working on that.

The menu is expansive, featuring many Indian regions (it appears to this non-Indian to span the country). What the place lacks in atmosphere it more than makes up for in quality food and service. We felt very welcome in the bright little space. And I have never enjoyed a dish of Chicken Tikka Masala (the national dish of England) more than at Indian Bites. My wife also thouroughly enjoyed her Saag. The bread was as expected, probably not baked in a tandoor but baked nicely, quite delicious.

Having dined in Indian restaurants around the country and the world, I can say with confidence that Indian Bites will not...

New halal spot alert! 🚨 Estes Park’s Indian Bites is where Himalayan flavor meets Colorado charm 🍛 🏔️
Just 20 minutes from Rocky Mountain National Park, it’s the perfect post-hike food stop 🙌 Everything on the menu is halal—except the chicken nuggets—
We tried the butter chicken (must-try!), tandoori chicken, samosa chaat, garlic + plain naan, and of course, their masala chai (not too strong, just right!). Definitely a solid spot to enjoy with family and friends—especially if you’re craving comforting Indian flavors with a mountain view 🏔️🍽️ 📍Indian Bites | Estes Park

If you’re judging Indian Bites in Estes Park based on the ridiculous photo I took mid–naan coma, you’re missing the plot entirely — that picture may be silly, but the food was dead serious about being incredible. This place doesn’t just serve Indian cuisine; it delivers a full-blown flavor pilgrimage right in the shadow of the Rockies. Every bite — from the samosas that crunched like golden applause to the butter chicken that tasted like it had been whispered into existence by culinary gods — was a masterpiece. And then there was the garlic naan: soft, pillowy, and basically a spiritual experience. But the true crown jewel of our visit? Boskar, our legendary waiter, whose hospitality was so spot-on, he could’ve hosted the UN and still remembered everyone’s spice level preferences. Indian Bites isn’t just a restaurant — it’s a love letter to authentic Indian cooking, wrapped in warmth, humor, and the kind of food that ruins you for all other takeout.

I visited Indian Bites at Estes Park today and was absolutely blown away by the food and experience. I ordered the Momo and Chicken Tikka Masala, and both dishes exceeded my expectations. The Momo were perfectly steamed and packed with flavorful, juicy filling. The dipping sauce that came with them had just the right amount of spice and tang—authentic and comforting. The Chicken Tikka Masala was hands-down one of the best I’ve ever had. The chicken was tender, and the creamy tomato-based sauce was rich, well-balanced, and full of depth. Paired with rice, it was absolutely satisfying. The service was friendly, the portions were generous, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Whether you’re new to Indian cuisine or a longtime fan, Indian Bites is a must-visit. I’ll definitely be coming back soon!
