I really like the smoothies here! The service is not great about 50% of the time. This evening I called to place a smoothie order and was 6 minutes away. When I called they acted weird and said they couldn’t do any savory food because they close in 15 minutes and the grill was already off. I normally try not to place any food orders within 30 minutes of a place closing, but I was ordering a smoothie not cooked food. I told her that I didn’t want to order savory food just one smoothie and I was nearby, she hesitantly took my order. When I pulled up the place was dark, the lights were nearly all off. I could see people inside so walked in, and I asked what time they close. She said 8:30, it was 8:20, and I replied “oh it’s so dark in here”. She responded that the lights keep turning off on their own. Lol, nice one. I picked up my smoothie and paid in near total darkness. The very moment I walked out with my smoothie they turned the last remaining light off in the back and stood at the register in total darkness until I pulled away. I pulled away at 8:22. I don’t know if they turn the lights off early to make it appear they are closed so the don’t have to take orders the last 15-30 minutes, but it was honestly creepy and just really poor customer service. As someone who used to work in the food industry, if a customer places an order even 5 minutes before you close you take the order. I felt 15 minutes for a singular smoothie was not that taboo. Makes me not want to go back. Just rude and weird standing in darkness to...

I work close to them so I go there quite often for lunch. I usually get a smoothie but recently I've been getting their chicken basil pesto salad grain bowl. It's a little spendy, but they give you a good amount of food that is very filling. I can split the meal in two and basically pay $7 for good food. I like that I can add extra fruit to the smoothie. The food is so filling that I can eat their smoothie for lunch and grain bowl for dinner for about $25 in total and that fills me up for the whole day. I also feel really good that it's healthy! The customer service is great. Every time I go in they are friendly and helpful. If you're looking for good healthy food that is reasonably priced I would check out vitality bowls. They are definitely worth a try!

Edit: while i still really like this place I have noticed that the quality really depends on who is working that day. I like consistency and it was so different everyday that I stopped going there as much. Maybe they need to work more on measurements of each ingredient with all of their staff. There has also been times when the smoothie is not completely blended which really sucks considering...

If you're looking for a healthy, nutrition packed pick-me-up energy boosting snack or meal in Eugene, this is the place to go. Virtually unlimited combinations. My favorite item is the acai bowls. I alternate between the Warrior acai bowls and the Nutty acai bowls. with the addition of almond butter and fresh, plump, juicy blueberries.🤗 It is literally like a circus in your mouth! quite fulfilling.

Don't even get me started on thier cheerfully made fresher than fresh smoothies.and fresh juices. They also have sandwiches, soups, salads so there's something for everyone

The staff are incredibly nice, the store is clean, welcoming and the owner is one of the friendiliest and most accommodating persons you will ever meet.

Complimantery fresh fruit-water is the perfect way to get your hydration in with out it being an effort.

The last thing I want to day is that this company has a mission to be environmentally friendly and works with numerous Non-profits and heavily involved in the...

Highly recommend you try this place! Their food is made with fresh, nutritional ingredients, AND it tastes like heaven. I feel like I spend the same amount of $ here as I would at a fast food place, but I get a better serving size, and my body feels so nourished afterward. I liked the smoothie I tried as well! Something I really appreciate is the fast and friendly service. They offer online ordering and curbside pickup, so it's literally just as convenient as a drive-thru! It's such a great feature, especially for mommas of toddlers like myself who prefer to avoid the added work of getting your child out and back in the car seat while hungry. I will definitely be frequenting this place.

Vitality bowls has become a favorite of mine over the last few years. As an athlete, the foods they have here are excellent choices for me to help fuel my workouts and competitions. They have so many add in options like protien, vitamins and minerals, fresh fruits and veggies and even more. My favorite options are the açaí bowls and smoothies. They have so many different options of açaí bowls, anyone can find something they enjoy! Another thing I love about this place is that the owner is a huge supporter of the local community. Some of the ingredients they use are from local farms and they do many giveaways and help out athletes in need. Thank you guys for being so great

Finally, somewhere with good tasting healthy food. Gluten free options too. I tried it and loved it so much that I ordered a week supply of Vitality Bowls to keep in my freezer for breakfast every day. Each bowl lasts 2 days. (I don't live very close.) The kids enjoyed it too and had no idea it was healthy food. There are so many options, you have to go back to try them all. I am looking forward to eating the panini options on my next visit. I wish we had one in our town.
