My husband gifted me with a stunning wedding set from this store for our 25th anniversary a couple years ago and we were thrilled with the customer service here at the time. We continued to be loyal customers and we met a wonderful sales Rupa who is just so knowledgeable and professional. Over the years , Rupa has been phenomenal in helping our family pick out exceptional gifts and we totally love her so each time we visit we would ask for her. Last Wednesday my husband and I visited the store and we asked for Rupa and was told she was busy at the moment so we opted to wait, no problem!. After a few minutes waiting the manager Ann came out and asked us if she could help because Rupa would be a while. We thanked her but declined and explained we would rather wait . The manager kept pressing, insisting that she or anyone else could help because no one gets commission.-I politely said, ‘Ma’am it’s not about commission’. We felt so uncomfortable, and pressured so we decided to leave.The following day 05/05 my husband and I returned to the store and again we asked to see Rupa.The said manager Ann was present but seems very indifferent, stared at us but didn’t say hello or welcomed us or anything . Rupa came over and we greeted her of course and explained that we were there the day prior to see her. Rupa was surprised to hear we visited the store asking for her the day before.and so we realized that Rupa was not made aware of our visit at all. I decided to write this review because I find it quite odd the manager didn’t mention our visit to Rupa.Furthermore, the manager’s negative body language and demeanor made our visit very tense and uncomfortable. Me and two of my friends went into the store on a saturday, and was treated like nobodies I guess because we weren't dressed in a suit and tie. The older lady there rolled her eyes as she walked over to ask me what do you want? I asked her if I could sell my diamond G gucci watch. She immediately says I don't think we would be interested in somthing like that but we can still check. So I decided to wait and see what they said after she took pictures. We walked around and was looking at the rolex section and we was interested in buying one or two! No one helped us and we were looked at like some bums. After walking around the women insulted me offering me $300 for a watch that cost 2200 new without diamonds and with the diamonds I had a appraisal with my name on it saying it was worth almost $5,300. As soon as she told me that she was directing me and my friends to the door to leave. Piss poor employees who judges a book by the cover. Me and the two guys who were with me would of bought 1 or 2 rolexs but that will never happen were going to the actual store instead. Also I guess my tattoos intimidated them too. DO NOT* Go there the place is a joke there prices are high, and they dont offer you anywhere close to what you paid for your jewlery. False advertising saying they pay more then pawn shops is not true. Treat people equally and yall might of had a couple...

I heard on the radio about International Diamond, Center, and they said if you didn’t buy there, you were missing the Best place to Buy jewelry. We had looked at one other place for jewelry and I looked up the location in Gainesville and we went there. When we entered the store, I thought this place must be very high end and maybe we could not afford to purchase rings for our engagement and wedding. We were met with sales associate Rachel and she asked us what we were looking for and from there she assisted us with her knowledge of jewelry, and specifically rings she was very personable and knowledgeable. She gave us many examples and helped us to have a better understanding about rings and settings and types of products that we could afford. Once we decided on what we liked, she helped us through the purchase, and benefits of buying jewelry at international diamond store. Racheal was very helpful and personal and we just thought she did a wonderful job. She talked us and explained the benefits of buying jewelry there and even gave me a discount for being retired military. she took care of all the business end of it with the help of Makayla , who Rachel was training on the computer the final parts of the sale.
