Horrible customer service. I called Monday Jan 6th in regards to a matress I purchased from them about 2 years ago. I was instructed by Larry I would receive a call back because I would need to speak to the manager regarding the claim I needed to initiate and only the manager could do this. I was asked for my email and that I would receive my warranty and a call back from the manager. Next day (Tues) came and I did not hear from anybody but decided to let full day pass. I proceeded to call Wednesday, Representative Larry whome I first spoke with stated the manager only comes in on the weekends, this being the reason why I did not get a call. I was not advised of this during my first call but still, was ok with this as "stuff happens". Waited Saturday for a call by the manager, called again no answer during the morning so I waited. Called again this time during the afternoon and still no answer. I left a voicemail at 4:59 PM, asking for follow up. It is now Sunday Jan 12, I called, Larry answered. He said the manager was in but they were busy and so now, he would leave the details for the manager only Monday the 13th and possibly get back to me by Tuesday. By now I was upset with the lack of professionalism. I stated, "Larry I'm sorry but you said you'd do this, this past Wednesday. I even called and left a voicemail and I still have not received a call from your manager?" He proceeded to chuckle and said, "well did you call in the morning or in the afternoon?" How does that even matter if this was supposed to be related to the manager prior my voicemail that day? Rude and unprofessional customer service from staff here. Read moreOh my god the relief my back experienced when I got this mattress topper. It’s the Malouf 3 inch mattress topper. I’ve been staying in a hotel for a few weeks, sleeping on the hotel bed of course. It was at the point where my back felt so contorted that I couldn’t even do simple movement. My back would get better throughout the day but when it was time to go to bed I would dread it because of how I would feel when I woke up, and then there was the waking up throughout the night from the pain. This is so soft, like being on a cloud. It’s not soft because of poor quality, it’s the design of the mattress. And bonus, it’s not hot or warm. I put it on top of the hotel’s mattress and it’s perfect. I can’t remember the name of the guy in the store, but I explained what was going on, he immediately went to this. I appreciate the help and I feel so much better. Especially with starting a new job I needed to be on top of my game and nothing contributes more than a good night’s sleep. Highly recommend...
