Loved this breakfast spot! Staff is friendly, attentive, and fast. My veggie omelet was on point with wonderfully seasoned veggies and perfectly cooked fluffy eggs. The oatmeal was was also good, not mushy like other places tend to serve. My only squam about the oatmeal was that it comes with toppings and it was served in a tiny cup so I couldn't actually mix anything into it. I had to scoop some oatmeal out of the cup to make enough room for the brown sugar, sliced bananas, milk, and dried cranberries. Once everything was in there though it was heaven 😊, I love oatmeal, especially when done right! I love the fact that I ordered coffee and they left the carafe, YES! Love to be able to pour myself as much hot coffee as I want without having to flag someone down. Reminds me of diners back in the day, you could always just keep the pot at your booth if you asked. Most spots don't do that anymore. Your waiter serves you more coffee per request. As someone who could drink a whole pot this was the highlight of my day. It's the little things! 😁. The sides were good too, good diced potatoes and toast.

The menu is very promising. A lot of great sounding options across a few breakfast styles. Waffles, skillets, omelettes, classic, and Mexican options abound! We had a short wait, which is to be expected for a Sunday morning. What I didn't expect was another table to be sat after us, order before us and get their food first. The place emptied out a bunch as we sat here. After we finally ordered food, it took almost 40 minutes to get a breakfast burrito, skillet, and kids pancake. I was able to drink three cups of coffee before getting the food. My skillet was the Pollo Loco. It was good, but the chicken was kinda bland and dry. The skillet was just missing something to set it apart. We were missing silverware until after we got our food. We had to ask for it when the server came to check how everything looked. I was also missing hollandaise sauce with my skillet until I asked for it. I hope it was a fluke day and it gets better, but the super long wait time for the food makes it hard for me to want to come back.

Visited on 2/01/25 Met friends there. Service was great, fast service. Pricey for what you get. I am used to two biscuits or a split biscuit at most places for less than what they charge. Potatoes were barely warm, good, just better hot. All the temps were luke warm, like from a steam table lunch line type of setup, like not fresh or they just opened and food not heated all the way up. I say this because the food came out about 5 minutes after ordering. Not something I would consider trying again for breakfast. Maybe lunch, sandwiches looked good that a friend had.

I hadn't had a chance to write this review until today, but wanted to make sure I did. We are very regular customers, we visit one of the locations almost weekly and always order the same thing. Thomas is almost always on duty when we visit 23rd Avenue.

On this particular occasion, my family and I went for brunch this past Sunday 6/8 for my daughter's birthday. We were served by Alicia L, "Lisha" and immediately noticed her very unfriendly demeanor as she glared at our family of 7. She was very short with her answers and appeared to be annoyed with us since the get-go.

I placed my order - the wowzer waffle with a small side of loaded potatoes - she didn't bring the side of potatoes with the rest of our order, so I asked if it was coming. When she brought it out, it was the regular side and not loaded, so when she turned the corner she was on the other side of the open wall, I let her know I had ordered the loaded side, to which she angrily raised her voice over the wall at me, "You didn't order the loaded side of potatoes! You only ordered a regular one!"

I was humiliated! I told her to forget about it and immediately went to talk to Thomas about it. I told him what the situation was and as he knows I always order the same thing, so he could attest that yes, I definitely would have ordered the potatoes loaded. He offered an apology and said he'd talk to her.

After I spoke with Thomas, Lisha came over with a completely different attitude and offered an apology and told me she would remove the side off of my ticket, but the humiliation and bad service had already ruined our experience.

We went to spend nearly $100 on my daughter's birthday to get yelled at and offered ill-mannered service. Although I've never had an issue at either location, and although Thomas was profusely apologizing, I wouldn't want to return for...

We came here on a Sunday morning, they were pretty busy but we were seated right away. We did not ever see our server, we sat for about ten minutes before anyone came to take our order.. A manager did come over during this time and told us that we could not put our baby’s car seat in the high chair how we had it. (When we were seated, we were told no slings were available, this was fine and we didn’t mind putting the car seat in the high chair. We have done it before. I’m pretty sure they are designed to safely hold a car seat when flipped over.) She said it was a liability and asked if we would put the car seat on the table. (Wow, great idea.) My husband and I are both managers at a restaurant, we see people using the high chairs for car seats all the time, and would never dream of going up to a table and harassing them over it. There was another table seated near us that had done the same thing, had their car seat set up in a high chair. She went and made them put their car seat on an empty chair instead. Seemed less safe to me. Anyway, our son woke up so we just put him in the high chair. We waited a bit longer and no other employees acknowledged us. Several servers walked past us and no one said anything. Finally, another manger came over and asked us what we wanted to drink, and she was the one who ended up taking our order and taking care of us. She did a good job, and the food was good. It came out quickly, it was hot and fresh, and we all enjoyed what we ordered. Lots of items on the menu sound delicious and I would like to go and try more things, but I highly doubt we will ever come back to this location again. Maybe we will try the one on 10th...

I am a long term regular diner at Epic Egg Willow Station. Over the course of the last 5 years I have easily spent over $5K at this establishment. I have tried to keep my patronage largely in part because of the manager Mackenzie. However as of today I will no longer support this business. Firstly, the hidden charges. When ordering a mimosa, there is an additional charge of $4 if you choose a juice other than orange. Keep in mind juice is charged at the same rate if ordering only juice, but up charged when ordering a bottle for mimosas. Note - this is reflected nowhere in the menu. Secondly, you can not get crispy bacon or specific instructions for many of the items. The servers are actually instructed to not do this as it "slows down the kitchen". But the last straw for me today was the server Victoria. She was so rushed she did not even check on us. When we questioned our bill, she took our questions personally and stormed off. Throwing the bill at us and walking away. I am not asking for special treatment as a regular, I am asking to be treated with integrity as all customers should. This does not happen in every instance (i.e., subpar food quality, cooking instructions, hidden charges, etc.). Apologies Mackenzie - you have made a poor establishment the best in can be. But we can no longer accept the way this restaurant...
