My husband, 3 year old, and I for the 1st time are currently eating out in their parking lot. Trust me I review when I review. Good or bad. We have been passing through here a thousand times with eyes closed because never saw this joint. I mean literally whom ever are working on current shift of 950 that we were on drive thru. Menu was a bit for 1st timers. We explained to the lady to give us a minute. She answered all our questions. Never sounded impatient. Got carne asada burrito customized, cheese quesadilla, carne asada torta, and pineapple, Jamaica waters, and a Sierra mist. Ordering was an A+. I said if my picky boy eats this food I rate them a 10+++. Indeed. Everything at window was on the time point. Customer service. I thanked her for her patience. She smiled with a big your welcome. Well Togo bag is a fool because we pulled out a monster quesadilla. A burrito the size of my forearm(literally I measured) and the torta was quite smaller but my husband was happy with it. Salsa to go (like6). Wow. My son rocked that playing train to eat it and clapped of joy. That's why I am here. You CAN NOT get my 3 year old to eat anything of the norm. My burrito was Awesome. Just right to not get seconds. My husband said he was full. Cars kept lining up. You know when it's busy it's because something good is coming out. So tithe owner or store manager please praise your employees. We are from Ft Morgan. Best of yet we never find nothing open on the go but this to be 24 hrs was a winner. We made this our official Greeley stop. Thank you for...
Read moreMmmmeehhhh... Tried it four times and each time disappointed. Finally, after seeing the long line one evening I decided to give them one last try. Sadly, the best I can say is the food is not bad, but it's really not good. Just kind'a "mmmmeehhh" at best.
And even if the food were better than it is, the service has ALWAYS been somewhere between gruff and surley. Never pleasant.
And my final consistent frustration is the ordering process... Whereas most places afford you the opportunity to order at the menu and then drive up so they are ultimately working 2 orders at once, this place does not allow you to order at the menu. So if your 3 or 4 cars deep, it has taken up to 12 minutes BEFORE you can even place your order since EVERYONE can only order once they are at the window. So they are ultimately ONLY working ONE ORDER AT A TIME. Horribly inefficient. If management is unable to identify this simple major error, I have to question what else management is missing. From a pure profit standpoint, the margins would be noticeably increased if the SOS (Speed Of Service) was increased. And increasing the SOS would greatly increase to OTT (Order To Table) time, greater efficiency and more orders in less time.
Dunno. I won't be going back. Like I said, it's not necessarily bad, but it's not particularly good, especially when combined with the inefficiency and...
Read moreWent for breakfast burritos on a Sunday morning. There was a line. It moved fast. Prices are a bit high, but you get a lot for what they charge. The breakfast burritos have a warm large tortilla they cooked on the grill but no sauce inside. There was a lot of filling though and it all tasted fresh. Just dry because I assume you choose your sauce. There was some confusion when I asked for a side of green chili. They have green sauces/chilies in little cups not pork green chili. The girl looked a bit confused and asked if I wanted extra cups of the green sauce. Really good menudo served with your choice of corn or flour tortillas or bread! I like that gave onions, cilantro and lime on the side of the menudo. Very nice...
