Very disappointed with the service my husband and I received from the manager. She was rude and very argumentative. My husbands dad bought him an early Christmas present since he was in need of boots purchased Oct. 27 he got a waterproof Ariat pair something different because he usually gets the same pair we ordered online and picked up in store. Well the boots didn’t turn out to be waterproof and Nov. 30 we go in to get them exchanged because one boot was leaking. We walk in he barely starts to tell her what’s going on and she literally tells him I’m not changing them out unless you get something else. Very rude. She made it sound like we were lying and were trying to get one over on her or something. She was argumentative telling my husband almost how to be doing his job in boots. It was a complete joke, and once my husband told her he was a diesel mechanic, you would think she’d shut up about oil rig guys telling their friends and getting free boots. It was even causing a scene in the store we had receipts and everything she was just very rude. We finally got a new pair that my husband settled on and felt like he was forced into getting. I’m not one to pull the race card but my husband is mixed Hispanic/ African American and I’m Hispanic and after awhile it felt like she was just talking down to us like we couldn’t afford this store and needed to created this big story to get free boots. I’ve never dealt with someone so rude from the jump she assumed and categorized us. I only felt like this after because once she noticed I was wearing a cinch jacket she acted fake and tried getting us to buy more stuff because she had to give us a gift card since the boots she made my husband get were cheaper. I believe her name was Carolyn, but we won’t ever be shopping in the Greeley...

Went to this store 2 times and had a negative experience.First time I went I was greeted it was snowing bad and store was empty then a few customers walked in and one employee started talking to another employee complaining about how they were about to close had it not been for the people who just walked in and the customers heard her and gave her a look of confusion because they heard what she had said.Then when I went to pay that same employee was talking to the other employees explicitly about the manager and she stormed off mad to the back room I think she was upset because they weren’t aloud to close the store early due to the bad weather.All the employees that night were teenagers who really seemed to hate their job.Only 1 associate by the name of Janette was very polite and helped us check out.Second time I went 2 of the same teens were there I did an exchange went up with the new item associates clearly seemed not interested in being there helped me and I asked if I would still be able to use my coupon for the item I was exchanging since I used it for the original transaction she asked her manager which was an adult and manager seemed annoyed by the question pretend we weren’t even there and told the employee no shook her head and walked away mumbling something quietly and kept working.From now on I’ll just drive to the other boot barn which is about 45 minutes away than to go back...

I usually love this place. The staff used to be so friendly, beyond helpful, and acknowledges your needs and wants and would be able to guide you right where you needed to be. Now the place is a fashion joke. I went there years ago wanting to buy my first pair of pink boots that i dreamed of for years. The lady who helped me was so amazing she knew exactly what I was trying to describe and got me exactly what I wanted and dreamed of. My friends hat needed help so bad. Never thought it would see daylight again. Yet another wonderful lady working there did her magic and brought the hat back to life, even found money inside the hat and gave it all back to him. They had good staff back then. As of recently, I had gone in and needed pants and my first pair of steel toe boots. She was there just for a paycheck and a fashion joke. She tried to help and get me the boots i needed. But was not very acknowledgable about any of it. She just wore them for fashion. I needed pants and she basically just guessed what size I might need. Was suppose to try them after I grabbed my boots. She brought them to the register and when We went to set the boots down and grab the pants to try on. Instead she just rang us up for the boots and didn't even bother letting me try the pants on or ring them up. What a...
