While a nice enough place, was surprised by the quality of the place compared to the price. Found 2 spiders in my room, the shower almost floods the entire bathroom as well as not being able to close the curtain all the way. Upon arrival I was told they were booked solid and I couldn't park my trailer near my room, no problem, but where they had us park was more in the way than taking up a couple spaces would have been, and the parking lot was never more than 1/4 full, as well as I got a 5 night stay with less than 12 hr notice so obviously not that packed. They also said we would be charged extra for adding a night because of "back and fourth". They say they're pet friendly but they have some more obscure rules, no pets allowed on furniture but they'll get you a "pet blanket" for them to lay on. Oh and dogs only. They also require to check on the room during your stay to make sure the dogs haven't ruined anything. The maid came in without knocking, was not happy to be greated by a dog. Maids don't speak English so if you don't speak Spanish you can't get much help from them (or apologize for my dog scaring her) And the ac doesn't really work, gets really hot then really cold and doesn't change accurately when you change the temp on the wall. Customer service was not great, the guy was kind of snoody with everyone and it was not a very welcoming or happy environment.

Clean and fresh smelling rooms, nice bathroom, nice size fridge big enough for a gallon of tea, half gallon of milk, a container of cottage cheese, 6 pack of water 24 oz size, 4 large burritos for late night protein snack and still room for a few other small things, there's a microwave and plenty of outlets for electronics. The dinning area looks like its descent size but not overly crowded and once I wake up I'll let you know what they serve is all around good or not. I've only been here a few hours so I'll keep you posted on the service at breakfast. There's a indoor pool and im not sure of the rest of the amenities available but that too I'll update later on. So far nothing to complain about and highly recommend.

We were quite pleased with or visit. They were very accommodating when it came to getting our room changed. The original one was on the north side closer to the main road and was a bit noisy. We are light sleepers and so that wasn't going to work. They were able to move us to a room on the south side. The room was clean and looks like they remodeled it recently. The breakfast was pretty good. I recommend the cinnamon Belgian waffles that you can make fresh right there. Be sure to flip the iron to start the timer. ;) The eggs with the vegetables and cheese on top is really good too. Overall it was a good stay. This place is the best rated place in town for the price.

My family and I traveled to Greeley in January for a volleyball tournament prior to booking a room in this hotel. I had booked a room across the street at another hotel. When we arrived the first hotels water line broke, causing the pool to be unusable. Thankfully, they were Not difficult to cancel the room without paying for it. However, we were in some of a Bind across the street was the Best Western. I've always had good experiences with Best Western so I went online. Found the room booked it for roughly the same cost as their first room I had paid for. We went over and checked in everything seemed fine. We went to our tournament came back later. That evening got ready for bed and went to bed for the next 5 and a 1/2 hours. The room above us sounded like literally. Elephants were running around in the room. It was the most obnoxious loud up too unsoundproofed room i've ever stayed in in my entire touring career. I went to the front desk three separate times asking for the front management to speak with the people above us. He informed me that it traveling hockey team had booked rooms and that who's above us. He stated that he spoke with their coach and asked their coach. To ask them to calm down, we did not get any reprieve until roughly three thirty in the morning. The next morning I went to the front desk and checked out. I asked to speak with the manager. He said that the manager would be in later that afternoon I left him my name in my phone number 2 days later. I received a phone call from the management team offering a week apology and a 10% discount on the next time. I wanted to stay in that hotel. For the record I don't want anything for free. No drinks available for purchase unless you have dollars or change. Black suv which belongs to the other cleaning lady sits in the parking lot all evening and her husband lets the kids play in the grass while he cleans out the car & he mean mugs your guest. Two toilet paper rolls, both had been used from previous guests almost to the end. Loud noises coming from various rooms as if construction projects were being completed all afternoon and into evening. Got woken up abruptly at 8:50am with a key card tapping on my door from the maid with two toned hair(blond & Black) wondering if we were ready to go. We said no. Fell back asleep & she came back 15 minutes later at 9:10am to check if we were ready to go again by tapping the key card on my door again. Brought it up to front desk, the dude acted as if it was my fault for not putting the do not disturb up. Mind you… breakfast hasn’t even ended at this point. I paid almost $200 for one night. Check out is at 11 and I deserve not to be disrupted until then even WITHOUT a do not disturb hanging from my door. It’s not like this was a courtesy check to freshen up my room. My checkout time was literally in two hours. Super disrespectful and they do it because they want to go home early. Also, don’t act like you’ve never seen my name on your guest list I was in room 211 on July 20th-21st under Chris W. ...
