My husband ordered tacos birria and when he ordered he asked for beef They served my husband pork and tried to tell us it wasn't. The problem is he is Muslim it's also Ramadan so he waited all day to be fed something that goes against his religion and then was lied to and spoken to like a child. My mole was so sweet it was almost hard to eat but while I made my way to frijoles I found a long black hair in my food. I immediately informed our waitress...why after the trouble's already I couldn't tell you I should have known better. She went to go get another waitress not the manager. This woman came up to our table asked if we wanted a discount for our food or if she wanted our food made again. Then she tried to tell me the cooks all had short hair so it couldn't have been them mind you all the waitresses have long black hair and so do the women who bus tables. I have long red and brown hair that was in a braid. I told the woman that I in noway did I want more food from that kitchen and I didn't need a discount. She went to actually go get the manager who actually was a very very sweet man. Which makes all of this very sad that these women are representing a business that someone else works hard to run so poorly and In a way that could get them sued. We tried multiple times to pay him for our food eventually he allowed us to give him 20$ dollars and we left horrified. The only good thing aside from the manager was the...
Read more3 Margaritas used to be one of our favorite spots, but after tonight’s takeout experience, we will never be returning. The online ordering system is a mess—it doesn’t give you all the options for combination plates and even lists items that aren't actually on the menu.
I ordered a sweet corn tamal, and the store called to say they don't even serve those. They asked if I wanted to switch it with another tamal, and when I asked if I could switch it for sopapillas (which were \$1 less), I was told no because of the price difference. They also said online prices are different from in-store prices, which is confusing. In the end, they substituted it with flan, which we didn’t really care for.
On top of that, after I placed my order, they called to say they didn’t have a cheese option for the tostada I ordered, despite it being listed online. I told them I’m vegetarian, so I asked for beans, but they gave me beef. They also forgot to include tortillas with my husband’s carnitas plate. When we called to address it, management tried to argue that they gave us tortillas (they didn’t) and insisted that I asked for beef, even though my husband was right there when I clearly said I wanted beans and told them I’m vegetarian.
We ended up spending nearly $90 after tip, and for that price, you expect a lot better—accurate orders, decent customer service, and a smooth experience. This was anything but that. Very disappointed and will not be...
Read moreThis was my first visit at this location, as I'm new to the area, as well as NOCO. Let me preface the remainder of my review with a few facts:
#1, I'm a picky eater, as well as a 'picky', consumer I general. I'm not picky in the way that nothing ever makes me happy, but more like I give credit, when credit is due.
Fact #2, I'm 100% Hispanic/Latina, and KNOW my cultures food (my father was a chef in the San Francisco/ Bay Area for many years) I have eaten at places that I won't mention now - But places that left me wishing I hadn't - 3 Margaritas in Greeley, was not one of those places!
I ordered the #12, I believe it was, a soft relleno and chicken enchilada. The relleno was the perfect temp when served, not cold at all, cheese was still warm and gooey, very well done! The enchilada was also well done with good flavor, chicken was moist and well seasoned. The service was also excellent, Rafael, I believe our server's name was - He was very professional with a good balance of hospitality and his serving/customer service skills were well above average and made me want to come again! So happy to have great, 'eating out', experiences, especially with today's inflated prices! We...
