I recently had the unfortunate opportunity to stay at a hotel that left me utterly disappointed and frustrated. From the moment I stepped foot into the establishment, it was clear that my experience was going to be far from pleasant. Allow me to recount my myriad of grievances encountered during my stay.

To begin with, the front desk lady, whose primary responsibility should have been assisting guests, seemed more engrossed in her own world of web series rather than attending to my needs. It was disheartening to witness such blatant disregard for customer service. Needless to say, this set an ominous tone for the rest of my stay.

Upon entering my assigned room, an unmistakable stench greeted me. The overpowering odor was an immediate assault on my senses, making it nearly impossible to breathe comfortably. The fact that the hotel management would allow a room in such a deplorable condition to be occupied by guests is simply inexcusable.

The state of the bedsheets and pillows was equally appalling. Untidiness seemed to be the norm, as if cleanliness and attention to detail were foreign concepts to the housekeeping staff. It was evident that no effort had been made to ensure a comfortable and hygienic sleeping environment for guests. The lack of basic cleanliness standards further added to my growing dissatisfaction.

To exacerbate matters, the promised WiFi service was nonexistent. In today's interconnected world, reliable internet access is crucial, particularly for travelers. It was incredibly frustrating to find that the hotel failed to fulfill this basic requirement. I had hoped to catch up on work, stay connected with loved ones, or even relax with some entertainment, but all my efforts were in vain due to the utter lack of connectivity.

As for the breakfast, it was a complete farce. The hotel boasted about its complimentary breakfast, but it turned out to be a meager spread consisting of a mere apple and a single muffin. Such a lackluster offering can hardly be considered a proper breakfast. The false advertising and the absence of even the most basic variety left a bitter taste in my mouth.

In conclusion, my experience at this hotel was nothing short of a nightmare. The front desk lady's apathy, the foul stench in the room, the unkempt bedding, the absence of functional WiFi, and the mockery of a breakfast all contributed to a truly dismal stay. If I were given the option, I would undoubtedly rate this establishment a solid zero. Disgusting, unclean, terrible trashy and bug infested hotel . Even though it’s freezing 40 degrees and it’s raining, front desk doesn’t allow you inside to check in, you have to wait outside. The first room had a kitchen in the bathroom, a blow dryer where the fryers go, under the sink it’s full of roaches, roaches everywhere, inside the drawers, in the shower , on the beds and crawling all over the walls. The AC heater doesn’t work. Delivery always delivers to wrong doors and they are Odd numbers on each door. The next day I switched rooms, they’re so unorganized they claimed I have to show them what new room type I booked because they don’t have it in the system so I had to walk back upstairs to get my phone in the freezing cold even after waiting 15 minutes to be attended. I moved to a double room, there were even more roaches and I got sick with a cold and fever since the heater doesn’t work. Don’t ever book this property unless you want rude customer service, freezing cold room and being attacked by bugs. House keeping does a terrible job. Do not book, this was only a last minute option after my first reservation got randomly cancelled by the host. WiFi is also very slow and my phone looses data often during stay, there’s no hot water, bed sheets are stained, weird smell and torn...

I am the LAST person to ever leave a negative review on any businesses’ page, however the condition of this hotel is so awful that I cannot say nothing about it. My boyfriend and I arrived here for the weekend and when going to shower, our towels had a red, blood-like substance on them. We were grossed out, so we called the front office to have them replenished. Front desk said they would send somebody up and quickly hung up the phone. Nobody ever came so I searched for housekeeping myself, and they handed me ANOTHER towel stained with the same red substance as the first two , and refused to give me more than one towel. We then went to shower - the bathroom door did not close and there was a cigarette burn through the shower curtain. That’s not the biggest deal, however still not great. Then, the AC unit did not work so I had to purchase a box fan so that we could sleep without becoming drenched in sweat. Didn’t even bother calling the front desk for that because they were so unresponsive about the towels. We did not have a roach problem, however that also seems to be a common occurrence reading the other reviews. Another guest of the hotel was also offering us drugs outside of our room.
