Atmosphere was very quiet, for a large open space there was hardly anyone there. Workers kind of walked over to you and just stand there. They don’t ask you what you liked to order so it was a little awkward. Now for food, 🤤 is all I can say. I recommended to Pho Hai for their broth and they did not disappoint! I usually stick to the basic but decided to try beef with tripe and OMG it was delicious! Definitely will be returning

The bun thit nuong I had didn't come with cut eggrolls. This is the first place I had to pay extra for eggrolls for that dish. The cafe su da had a weird taste to it. Not what I'm used to. Service was quick, and that saved them a star. I don't think I'll return. One small eggroll the length of my pinky and the width of my thumb was an additional $1.50. Seriously??

First time and will be last time. Tried to call in to order pho for pick up. Call several time but no one answer. We really wanted sone pho for cold weather so we came since it's on the way. Ordered and asked them is the phone working. They said they were busy so they don't want to pick up the phone. Wow, good customer service!!!! By the way, pho is not bad.

I’ll start out by saying the food was delicious and the service was fast. I’m giving 1 star because the service was awful to say the least. I traveled to Houston for work with a few students (I work in higher Ed). I work for a tax exempt state university. When I went up to pay I showed them my tax exempt paper work and they didn’t understand so they had a younger employee (maybe their son) take a look. He asked me why I didn’t take my business to Denny’s or some other restaurant. I was taken aback because I have never been asked to take my business elsewhere. He kept saying I should have asked them about my tax exempt status before sitting down because now I was making them do extra stuff they didn’t need to be doing considering they’re a mom and pop shop. He didn’t seem to understand how tax exempt status worked and said they were having to pay our taxes for us to eat their food. They then went on to ask if they could keep the printed copy of tax exempt form and said next time what went shopping they’d use if for themselves. I was again shocked at the comments and lack of...

This is my absolute FAVORITE pho place. The price, the portions, the style of the restaurant, the workers EVERYTHING about this place is so perfect and well managed. To elaborate, the food is incredibly well crafted and made to the point where I can’t believe that I am only paying the amount that I am paying for it. Second, the workers feel so home to me. They embrace you with such kind, precious hearts and I feel at peace whenever I eat here. Last but not least, the spacious area of the pho house makes me feel like I’m not even in a restaurant. I can enjoy deep conversations, alone time, or any type of intimate hangouts at this restaurant. If I could only go to one restaurant for the rest of my life, this would most definitely be it. I wish I could rate it higher than a 5/5 because this place is...

RUN!!! I ordered bowl of Mi thap cam kho but they was extremely salty. I asked the staff if they could change it, and instead of bringing a freshly made bowl, they gave us a plain, unseasoned noodle bowl to combine them ourselves to adjust the saltiness. That didn’t make sense. If a dish is too salty, a new bowl should be made properly, not patched together. To make matters worse, when we went to pay, the owner asked us what we had ordered to calculate the bill. That gave a very unprofessional impression, especially after the poor food experience. Overall, disappointing visit and I wouldn’t recommend it and try...
