Guests, please read the full review. I regret staying here. We suffered property damage. I checked out early as a traveling worker because of roaches crawling on me in bed, being bothered by management repeatedly despite a do not disturb sign being hung (while room was paid), and lastly someone put a large dent in the side of the car by punching it while parked in the lot. We did not violate any hotel policies. The manager man stated they wanted to come in and inspect the room every other day (unacceptable as I am a paying guest and entitled to right to privacy). The manager here is drunk on power. I rarely have time to watch TV anyway because I have to work so much. The air conditioner/heater did not work at all, so room 1 was hot. The shower button came off when I lifted it to trigger the shower. There were also roaches in the room which crawled up the walls, on the tables, and in the beds. There was nothing at breakfast to eat except fruit loops with whole milk and a loaf of bread. During breakfast, a mentally challenged man came up next to the office and began urinating outside on the sidewalk. The lady in the office began shouting at him,"Have you gone mad? Pissing on the wall and the sidewalk, right here? Just GTFO of here!" Foolishly I let them move me to another room, due to the air conditioner. AC was great in room 2. Office chairs in both rooms were filthy. Our first stay completed and I had reserved online to extend but was unaware they had not received payment. An hour after checkout time, manager opens the door without knocking using an override key. It was a serious breach of privacy and illegal for them to enter without a warrant considering they were aware the room was occupied. They had my cell number. They could have simply called me. I went to the office and paid the extension immediately and signed additional paperwork. We extended the stay. Management confronted me about the first internet review. I denied responsibility seeking to avoid a confrontation with an angry Middle Eastern man. They told me I should have come to them first before leaving negative feedback to have my concerns addressed. The second room I stayed in had roaches. They came in to make beds, mop, and service the room without prior notice or asking. This is their policy unless a Do Not Disturb Sign is up. One crawled across my lap at bed time. Another morning I woke up to find one floating in my water cup on the nightstand. The TV in that room would also automatically set to 100 percent volume after turning it on. I had no complaints about the room aside from roaches and TV volume. Ten days into my stay, management comes a knocks on my door. It was 11:45 a.m. They I didn't recognize them so I waited and then walked to the office where the manager intercepted me. He asked me why i wasnt letting housekeeping in. I said they have not knocked. I have not refused them. He told me but you have your do not disturb sign up around the clock (he had knocked WHILE the DO NOT DISTURB SIGN was up). There was no emergency and the room was paid for another week in full. Our room was clean and did not need service. The manager then proceeded to ask some personal questions that almost anyone would feek uncomfortable with - How is work with your company? How much do you make per hour? How many hours per day do you work? How much do you make per week? This was a middle Eastern man who looked to be in his 30s. I explained about the roaches and TV volume. He told us if there is too much stuff in the room there will be roaches. He offered to move us to another room (moving a second time) so the room could be treated and left vacant for a day. I did not want to be moved to another room as I would have to move out belongings a fourth time. No privacy, bothered by staff with DND sign up, a bad roach infestation, and rude staff. Positives: Recent updates on appliances and bathroom. I don't recommend this place. I lost $400 for checking out early. We wanted to leave the motel that much. This is an unbiased, honest review with pictures.

My stay at this hotel was honestly no less than just horrible. When me and my wife walked into the first room that we booked which was supposed to be a King had random stains in the bed. So the moved us to a room with two fulls. This hotel is mainly meant for 18 year olds who want to throw a party. IF YOU ARE FROM OUT OF TOWN DO NOT STAY HERE. As the next day came we went out to celebrate my birthday. When we returned to the room to relax my wife started saying her leg itched to lift the covers and find random outside bugs in the bed. Then as we started packing we realized they were in some of our shoes. When we complained with proof we were offered another room( if one has them they all have them) we did not want this we wanted to leave immediately and by this time it’s 2am. We were in the office from 2am till 5am going back and forth about a refund for nights we were leaving and needed to find another room. He then agreed to refund me for the nights we were leaving and after a hour of him trying to refund the card(that was locked from making transaction) he stated the card was declined. Meaning he was trying to charge me more money instead of giving me a refund. He then finally called his manager who I had been asking to speak to for hours to talk to him for 5 minutes on the phone and then he hung up and said we had to leave now and report it to hopper. All this happened ON MY BIRTHDAY. So even more inconvenient. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!

The breakfast is just oatmeal and bread not as listed we asked the staff for toilet paper and the did not give it to us Instead the said we have pets in the room even though we don't have any. On top of that they complained about us having the DO NOT DISTURB sign up because they come into your room without permission when you are not there then he asked about my work because he saw the work signs on the side of the car Why the hell would he need to know that they banned laptops from using the internet. The RGB is broken the toilet is coming off the seals If you don't want to be bothered and have roaches crawl on you while you are sleeping don't come here if you want some little roommates come here. When we turn on the tv there is a glitch that makes it turn the volume all the way up waking everyone up with it everytime the chairs are dirty
