Oh My Tea! — Restaurant in Houston

I didn’t realize they got my order wrong until I got home and we all tasted them!!! I didn’t feel the need to chk my bag because I’ve Never had an issue before. I live 20 mins away so didn’t want to drive back and called no answer. I feel that’s just because I used my points from five star to get a free drink they purposely didn’t do the order right. I asked for 3 strawberry milk teas with strawberry boba and tapioca plus one mango milk tea with dragonfruit boba and tapioca (which I’ve paid extra for before and Don’t mind) he just told me okay charged me but didn’t add tapioca to the mango nor boba to any of the strawberry drinks 😑 also the strawberry drinks Don’t even taste like strawberry they taste like coffee and weren’t even pink like usual they were whiter 🤦🏻‍♀️ won’t be going back after this horrible experience Will be looking for a new go to boba place.

I could say I'm a customer of this tea restaurant. I always come back for milk tea with tapioca pearls.

Most of all, the people here is very honest. We went there on April 1, 2017 to shop for asian foods. As always, I always stopped by at ibubble. Fastforward, April 3, 2017 , morning on my way to work, I realized I don't have my wallet anymore. I was so distraught and stunned because my most important ID, my greencard, is there together with my credit cards, driver's license, insurance cards and few bills. The idea of losing my greencard was so scary. I already booked my flight to the Philippines, this May 2017. Without my greencard, I can not come back here in USA unless I have to lengthy process again for a re entry permit. Green card replacement would cost me $495 and it would 2-8 months before I can have it.
