In the past we have stayed here two to three times a year for a week or more at a time. My wife is handicapped and spends alot of time in pain. They always worked with our needs. Now under new management. You have to sign an agreement stating if fire alarm goes off it is a$600. Fine. We got to room and used restroom. And toilet over flowed and kept running pumping at least a gallon of water on floor. I called front desk and was told there maintenance guy was off and wouldn't be back for two days. I was told the best they could do is bring shop towels and a plunger. I agreed. We had paid cash to stay for ten days. We got to room at 4am and was being charged for that night. We drove up from Tennessee. 500 miles. By the time I plunged on toilet for an hour with no success and cleaned up mess it was 7am before we could lay down. After waking up I went and talked with manager. He gave us another room and we had to move our belongings to that room.i had asked for them to credit me for one night and was told no. I had stayed, no refunds and no free rooms was the managers words. The main boss just happened to be there, his name was jay. He more or less dismissed me. They make you sign an agreement now that says you can't cook or smoke. If you set the fire alarm off you will be fined $600. You can only use the microwave and fridge supplied by them. The new room had no microwave so I had to go to old room and carry microwave to new room, the refrigerator froze all of our food, the toilet seat was very loose and fallin off and since there wasn't a maintenance man I had to fix that too. At check out I spoke with them again about a credit for just one night, once again I was told no, no refunds. I will never stay there again, next time I will try red roof in. They are also pet friendly. I would also recommend you don't stay in this hell...
Read moreThis was a gross hotel bad cleaning staff they didn't clean the bed when I checked and the bed was littered with DEAD SKIN and GOD knows what and there was body fluids AKA white on the bed nice right here is where it gets good the room smells horrible. In fairness they did finally clean the bed and moved me one time still DID NOT HELP.
(-$1.00) I had to buy a can of air freshener and didn't put a dent in the smell.
I had a friend sleeping with me oh no not human but, hundreds of tiny mites were on my bed it felt like being bit by fire ants turns out I got scabies from the bed didn't sleep well, and had to see a doctor $90 doctor visit and meds = (-$120.00)loss because they didn't take care of the hotel room properly. I AM OUT OF HERE.
I sale products for a road show company and they didn't even clean the floors correctly I had use my demo products to clean the room how embarrassing right. SAD I expected high expectations to treated like a geast at this hotel chain.
Plus side super hot water in bathroom, working TVs, icebox, microwave, and friendly stuff that don't know how to manage a hotel.

☆Update The staff lied, they lied to upper choice hotels. Corporate and my personal father that I had lied corporate establisment. That their Room did not Test positive for scabies I went around the local area and they told me that the police are called constantly And that the Best Western Is having issues with this hotel. The local community has a petition to get the hotel Closed to for good.☆ Seems like they're afraid of corporate That's bull Never stay at this hotel. Just search other a hotel reviews Don't stay at this hotel. Even the Cracker Barrel employees are aware of it and do not park their cars on the side of the establishment that's what I was told by an...
Read moreDO NOT STAY HERE. Seriously. Don't read the random positive reviews (who come from people conveniently with the same last name as the manager), and just assume there were some needlessly upset customers. Every negative review is accurate. Even if they are the only place with rooms available, sleep in your car, or drive to the next town.
This was, and I'm not exaggerating, the absolute worst hotel I've ever stayed at. I can deal with a little dirt. I can deal with a little rust. I cannot, however, deal with doors that barely stay closed. I cannot deal with permanent residents repairing their cars at 3am, loudly and with zero regard for other guests. I refuse to accept the fact that the pictures they present look nothing like what you actually get. When we attempted to provide feedback to the only person we could find working, they told us something along the lines of "I'm not the owner so I can't do anything about your complaints".
This place stunk, figuratively and literally. Holes in the curtains and stains on the furniture (I use the term furniture loosely). Rust on all hardware in the bathroom. Toilets that were not structurally sound nor level. And I'm not kidding you when I say that if I was a shorter man, I would have slept in my car because the "beds" were lacking any semblance of cushioning and softness. This place was awful and I would 100% opt to stay in a tent with my air mattress in a field before staying at this particular "hotel" again. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. Do no subject yourself, your family, or your pets to this place.
Did I mention NOT TO STAY HERE. EVER....
