Double Shots - A Mountain Cafe — Restaurant in Kellogg

I have been a customer at this cafe many times because unfortunately its the only one close to the gondola. I love being nice to people and I am always friendly with the staff. Each time I have been in I have waited at least 10 min for a single drink. Today broke me and I am officially not going to go anymore. Today I walked in and a few people where waiting for their orders but there was no line to order. I ordered and then a moment later another person ordered. Then this girl comes in and orders 8 drinks and the staff decides to work on her order first. Then the woman that ordered behind me got her drink and I asked them if they forgot about me and they said no and right then started working on my drink. Honestly they should have given me my drink for free at that point. I am not going back in because I am always nice, always tip 20% and each time their lack of customer service makes me feel like they really don’t care about their customers. Its sad because this place could really be something and give people a great start to the day if they focused on customer service. I think if the customer service was outstanding then people probably wouldn’t care so much that the food...

We came here on Sunday 6/25 to have some breakfast and we were appalled by the service. The girls working were flat, rude and dismissive. The first 5 mins we sat in line with others they did not even acknowledge any of us, and kept counting their tips. The girl taking our order was the most unfriendly person. Then we got our food- mine was so hot I actually have a burn on my lip now with a blister and my husbands was frozen in the center. 4 girls were working and they sat on their phones or stood there while every table was covered in food and trash. We had to wipe down a table to ourselves to sit and eat. The back was even worse- trash and food all over the floor and counters. I saw them handling money then food with no gloves or hand sanitizer. Well I would love to review their food or beverages but after standing in line for roughly 15 minutes we finally just left... We walked in and a gentleman was preparing two bagel sandwiches, there was only one group besides ours in the entire restaurant. The man behind the counter whipped out a brief “hello” but never stopped what he was doing, after 5 minutes of sitting at the counter two other men came in. The employee immediately stopped what he was doing and came to greet them as well as have a 5 min conversation about mountain biking (buddies obviously). He then took their food order, walked right past us with out saying a word, and went back to preparing orders... we waited another 5+ minutes with out being acknowledged and...
