Long story, worth reading : We were driving back from my brothers wedding on the west coast when we lost a tire near Kellogg -- i put the spare donut tire on but we had another 500 plus miles to drive and thats not a good idea -- called every single tire shop around and of course everyone is closed on sunday and monday for the Memorial holiday. Happen to drive to this fine tire shop and by Gods grace a nice young guy named KJ was about to pull out. I roll down my window and ask if he works there, thank the Lord he does, and he goes inside to check and sure enough he has exactly 1 set of 4 new tires that fit our SUV. This man did not utter one curse or complaint about some out of stater ruining his holiday weekend let alone on Sunday of all days. He opened up to get us fixed up so we could hit the road again. I cannot say how much i appreciate and am so grateful for you KJ. Absolutely in your debt and this is why small business especially is so important -- because they care enough to help out others!! I will never forget this act of kindness, you could have easily ignored me and drove away. Thank you!! If you live in this area or passing through this is the best tire shop around!! Went in yesterday to get an alignment done on my vehicle. Was called 15 minutes after my appointment and told that I would have to pretty much replace the entire front end of my car. They said that they couldn't do the alignment until the parts were replaced. $1500 worth of parts and labor. Went to pick it up and was treated very ungracious by one employee and was talked to by another one very polite. We got a print out of what parts that needed to be replaced and left. My father in law and husband took everything apart and looked for the problems they stated needed to be fixed and they saw/heard NOTHING! So I went and got a second opinion from Les Schwab and to my surprise they couldn't find out ANYTHING wrong with my vehicle and we're able to do the alignment with no problem! I don't know if the mechanic that worked on my car needs more experience or if they were just fishing for more money, but after this I won't be using there business. They are usually the "cheapest" in town and very nice but this was horrible! I've heard some bad reviews about them doing stuff like this but never thought it to be true....

I called them at very short notice for snow tires and they managed to get me in and out no problem. The service was friendly, courteous, honest, and helpful even despite me being that customer who kept them back late on a Friday. These guys are the best.

Edited to add (I was going to leave them a second five star review, but Google only allows me to leave one): The experience was so good the first time around I took my wife's car in for snow tires. Once again they demonstrated exceptional service. I'd brought in my own wheels and tires for them to fit, but the wheels were scraping the calipers. A few of the lads in the shop put their heads together and managed to find a solution that didn't cost me any extra money. I can't recommend SVT highly enough....
