If you buy a defective product your stuck with it. They do not back any of there merchandise. I bought a mod that was defective and came back 3 days later and they pointed to the sign that said no refunds or exchanges. The employees were good but really. Every other shop in my area guarantees products for 14 days. I really liked the place, everyone was very helpful but I will never be back.

RESPONSE TO OWNER I showed up in the morning and was told to return when the person who sold me the mod was working. What does the person who sold me the device have anything to do with it? When i returned I was told that all sales are final and they had already spoken with the OWNER (You) and there was nothing they could do. Then they pointed out all the hand written notes all over the shop stating no exchanges or refunds. I normally don't read vape shop notes but after they pointed them out i realized they were everywhere. Your response here is far from your company policy. I'm new to vaporizers and had many questions for the gentleman behind the counter. He was very patient with me went through all the options end up with just two vaporizer pens that match my cartridges that it picked up and gave me some good knowledge and information in the future going forward. Since I don't know much about the vaping community I would have to guess that the selection is very wide according to the inventory stock that I saw on the shelves they have glass counters with all of their vaporizers on display and priced. Bethel have the middle section of the store filled with a bunch of glassware and other smoking devices. Never really wide selection behind the counter as well of CBD only products and a lot of other stuff that I didn't recognize. Great little shop a little difficult to get into due to its placement on the corner of 22 and Rand however not hey big deal or deal breaker to visit...

Worst place I’ve ever been rude and all of there stuff is junk it’s broken or doesn’t work and when you go back to the store less than 2 hrs they say no returns and they don’t know what there stuff does or what it’s for and then say there going to give you discount and then don’t and act like you’re robbing them or something they don’t want to answer questions or anything lmfao this is what’s wrong with this country place like this and people not wanting to help just trying to...
