Been here 3 times so far! This is definitely my new favorite brunch place! Was here for the 2nd time last Wed 6/12! My server, Miss Tristan, did a great job serving me quickly and efficiently! That time, I ordered the Maximo Skillet (because I LOVE chorizo), along with the Salmon Platter (with a whole wheat bagel and cream cheese), and a side of their awesome corned beef and a side of bacon! Everything was DELICIOUS ... which is why I returned for a 3rd time (last Saturday 6/15)! That time, I had Sandra as my server! She was GREAT --unlike the other times I dined here, she also gave me the Specials Menu, which has a ton of great menu items I didn't know existed! For example, the Pork Chop & Eggs Special, which I ordered (it came with 2 side choices, so I had Cheese Grits and fruit)! I also ordered the Salmon Platter and sides of their AWESOME corned beef and a side of bacon! Everything again, was AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS!! Sandra was very quick, efficient, pleasant, professional, very knowledgeable and the most experienced server I've ever had here! The place is nice, roomy/airy, and clean! I will definitely be back!//Just dined here for the first time (Friday, 5-3-2024)! (A friend of mine who's the most popular server at nearby Italian steakhouse, Lago, referred me to Eggshells, and told me to check out their corned beef!) His recommendation was spot-on! I had a great meal at Eggshells! Their menu's so big and full of great selections, I couldn't make up my mind, so I ordered the Irish Skillet (which of course had corned beef as its main ingredient) plus the Smoked Salmon Platter (note: this item doesn't come with a bagel, so I ordered an Everything Bagel too)!Everything tasted fresh and DELICIOUS! Great food. I've eaten here several times have just never had an experience worth reviewing. Ordered food for delivery to Good Shepherd Hospital today for breakfast. The girl answering the phones is rude and rushes your order. Craig delivered our food along with offering to buy me coffee at the hospital Grab-N-Go which was kind. Got up to the room and realized my fiancé's sandwich was wrong. I called Craig personally because he gave me his card with his cell phone number on it when he delivered my food. He apologized and told me he would call me back. He called me shortly after and told me he would have the two new sandwiches made and sent over. Shortly after receiving the corrected sandwiches I received a text message from Craig checking to make sure that the order was right this time around. Craig's customer service was really awesome, however the girl answering the calls and taking the orders as I said earlier was rude, and maybe if she took the extra second with the customers the orders wouldn't end up being taken down wrong. I've also spoken with other people that have said the same thing about her. If I hadn't gotten to deal with Craig, I would have had much different things to say in this review. The person people talk to on the phone is the first impression of a business and I don't believe this girl is right...

TERRIBLE. I ordered a steak skillet. The server was very passive with me. Didn’t check to see if I liked my meal, could care less. Truth be told, it was disgusting. Instead of potatoes, it was mashed potatoes under the meat and veggies I ordered. The veggies tasted like they came out of a can & I felt sick to my stomach after eating it. I waited for the server, the manager was rude and kind of snobby.

So I called to complain and hopefully speak to a professional, that was a mistake. The “manager” the one who has her dark hair up in a fried ponytail. And looks somewhat similar to a Witch, could care less that I wasn’t feeling good.

First of all. YOUR food made me sick. I’m 6 months pregnant. That’s terrible service. I’ve had better service at a carnival. These people are disgusting. UNCLEAN. UNPROFESsIONAL. I will be calling for the owner. Because I paid 25$ total for a coffee, and a steak skillet and terrible service along with stomach issues. THAnk god I didn’t bring my child here. TERRIBLE I won’t be back. And I will make sure I tell others not to come here either. Terrible. The manager on the phone didn’t apologize or anything she just said “ok” and hung up on me. RUDE.
