I went to the midnight opening of the store and overall my experience was ok. The customer service was mid, the young lady at the check ordering station wasn't particularly enthusiastic and didn't really seem to care that you were there. The app asks you if you were personally greeted when you came in I was not which is ok personally. My cookies were quite tasty but the boxes and the area where they display the cookies before you take them were covered in hot fudge fingerprints from the young ladies gloves. Every crumbl employee at every location turns down door dashers and customers so take cookies home in the last 10 minutes of the business day. This is rampant at this company alone, I drive for Uber across all of the northwest suburbs and want it to be explicitly clear I watched workers continue to prepair boxes of cookies for themselves for 10 minutes after "closing" which it is worth noting I arrived 5 minutes before close and while approaching the door the employee locked it while mouthing sorry.
