Agave is the Morales Family Restaurants (Mazatlan, Las Margaritas, El Toro) take on fast casual. My favorite thing about these places is their Queso! One of the Best in town, you'd be doing yourself a disservice not ordering some.

My husband and I both went with Bowls. He usually gets the Barbacoa here but this time got Carnitas! Toppings included Cilantro Rice, Pinto Beans, Corn, Cheese, Lettuce, Sour Cream, Spicy Sauce, Queso, and he was happy to find Jalapeños as a bonus!

I love their Veggie Bowl! Cilantro Rice, Black Beans, Fajita Veg, Corn, Cheese, Sour Cream, Guac (of course), Extra Lettuce, and gasp Extra Cilantro 💚! Warm Tortilla on the side to gnaw on.

If you're craving Chipotle but want to Support Local this is the place to be! It's a cool little place, very clean, plenty of seating, sports on the various tvs. They also have a Military Discount. No drinks for us this time but you can order a Yummy Marg. Still had half my food to take home!

If you’re looking for an authentic, friendly, and absolutely delicious Mexican dining experience, Agave is the place to go! The food is beyond amazing — especially their queso, which is hands down the best I’ve ever had. It’s creamy, flavorful, and honestly, I’d come here just for that. One of the coolest things about Agave is that you can practice a little Spanish while ordering — and even if you mess up, no one judges you. The staff is incredibly kind, patient, and welcoming. They really get to know their regulars and make you feel right at home. The atmosphere is clean, vibrant, and full of great energy. Even the bathrooms are spotless, which says a lot about how much they care about the place. It’s the perfect spot to unwind, catch up with friends, or grab a quick bite between classes. And let’s talk prices — super affordable, especially for college students on a budget. Great food, great service, great vibe. Agave is a hidden gem that deserves all the love....

I’ve been wanting to try this place out and I finally decided to tonight. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. The food is amazing, very fresh and homemade. You get to customize what you want which is amazing when your as picky as I am. Speaking of picky, I’ve been going to almost every Mexican restraunt trying to find the perfect queso. Agaves queso is 100/10, they have two options which is great because not everyone likes spicy queso. I tried the original and it was perfect, not a single complaint.
