Charlotte Russe — Local services in Locust Grove

I went to this store a couple weeks ago and had a horrible experience the manager I believe her name was Catherine was unprofessionally giving another employee a write up in front of the whole store and proceeds to tell me at the counter about why she did that and how she needs to be embarrassed because she doesn’t deserve privacy. I was shocked because I am a manager at a retail store and I’ve never seen a manager give employees write ups infront of customer for personal appeal. She was very rude and passive aggressive after this as well to me and other customers. I always come in this store and never seen her before but she was extremely rude I will never come back their customer...

Like a lot of other reviews they don't greet you once you come in but they want you to spend money in their establishment? A whole bunch of women where just standing behind the counter gossiping about other employees that were lazy and how they don't like the job.While they were displaying laziness. I'm a supervisor over 3 Speciality shops and it was so unprofessional. I thought about putting my items back. But my daughter is tall and the clothes there fit her I like the clothes. I just don't like the staff there. I will go to another location but not the one here again.They need customer service training A.S.A.P. If I was a secret shopper they would of failed...

Good Deals! But not worth the wait. It was Labor Day & they were only letting 4 people in at a time. Well my group totalled 4 so we waited forever & then felt rushed to shop because the entire line had to wait for us. You can't try on clothes & the return policy is exchange ONLY 14 days. They need to get with it or allow people to disinfect their own dressing room & try on clothes. Tanger needs to make all the stores abide by a similar policy to avoid confusion & mostly customer frustration. I won't be back except to exchange the clothes that dont fit which I then have to guess if those will fit. What is the point of going...
