Ocean Donuts — Restaurant in Long Beach

If you’re looking for a great, easy classic American breakfast or a great smoothie - this is the spot. Clean and smells divine, everything is very fresh and the donuts are delicious art 😻 I like that the donuts are sweet and fluffy but not overwhelmingly sugary.

I got the glazed donut holes (probably the best I’ve ever had) and the fruity pebble donut and turkey egg and cheese croissant. All delicious and fresh 10/10 recommend.

Came back for coconut smoothie and tried a few other items from delivery - loving everything I got so far. Love the coconut smoothie. Still very sweet even when I ordered it less sweet so I would suggest less sweet unless you like very sugary.

Turkey egg and cheese croissant is perfect!! And very large. Next time I’ll ask to have cut in half so I can share or save for later.

The man behind the counter is super nice and was explaining to me how many places make their donuts in a cheaper / faster way and why he doesn’t. Says it is less likely to cause belly aches.

I asked if there was dairy in any of there products and he promised no so I got 2 donuts and an iced coffee. The coffee looked like there was dairy in it and I asked "is there dairy in this because I am allergic" and he said no. I took it home and tried it and there was definitely dairy and when I went back and looked at the ingredient there was milk powder in it. Truly one of the best breakfast croissant sandwiches of have ever had, and I’m so lucky that they are so close by and convenient with good value. The crisp and flaky outer texture of the croissant reminded me of some excellent examples I had in Paris.
