Travel Eagle Inn Motel — Hotel in Long Beach

I took my mother on a Carnival Cruise for her birthday and we stayed at Travel Eagle before and after the cruise. The rooms are large, spacious with tall ceilings and extremely clean. They come with a table, dresser, a microwave and a fridge and you still have a lot of room to move around in. The closet area is large and the bathtub is deep enough for a big gal like me to soak in. We were very worried about bugs since so many other hotels had reviews about them but we did not see a single one either time. ||The hotel is family owned and the owners are very kind, polite, and sincere. Some of the hotels we've stayed at in the past act if they are doing you a favor by letting you stay there but the Travel Eagle understands that good business is both about the goods offered and the service you provide. We arrived at 10 A.M. after our cruise and they allowed us to check in early despite being extremely busy due to being completely full the night before. The owners are very friendly and helpful with question about surrounding attractions and restaurants. I plan on booking them any time I need to stay over night...

I am very satisfied with this Motel the people are extremely nice and it is very clean they're not pushing people but they do Monitor and take care of things the way they should go they're very pleasant to talk with they keep their place very safe so you can rest and don't have to go through a lot of changes with strange people coming around and Medellin things while you tried your this as far as I'm concerned if you had surgery or something in the hospital and you needed a relaxing environment I would recommend this particular Hotel because it is very very peaceful and you can get some rest with a lot of us really need some time they don't run a game on you and us a patron should not run a game on them and I like it because they don't have a lot of noise you can sleep easy and just relax as if you were in the Hilton Hotel so yes I do give them send Stars if you ask my opinion but no I have given them five stars because they richly deserve it. My wife and I both liked this place. But be warned, it’s not for everybody. This review will explain why this place, overall, has low ratings. ||||First of all, the good things: this place was clean. The bed linens were changed every night we were there. The maid service is wonderful. The A/C worked perfectly well and was not too noisy. The TV was great too. No problems with the stations or the remote.||||The place does look like it SHOULD be unclean. You can tell that there is no rhyme or reason to the decor. In fact, there is NO decor. Picture asking a 10 year old to patch a hole in the wall and then repaint it. And then you notice that the paint doesn’t match. Come to think of it, neither do the floor tiles. That’s EXACTLY what it looks like there. You don’t stay here if you are high maintenance or to impress people. But if you want a clean place to stay, then the Travel Eagle Inn Motel is perfect.
