Love the craft supplies and seasonal decor and many other items as well... but it's not worth it to go in there with the way the employees treat the customers. It was one rude comment after the other and they didn't help me with finding anything or helping the rest of my family that was with me! I have shopped at Michael's for many years and have never been treated this poorly by the two female employees that just about shoved me out the door. This is totally unacceptable treating card holders or any customers this way! I will go to the Hurstbourne location before I go into this one ever again. No wonder they didn't have any customers. All of them left after being treated rudely and unhelpful. They need to be retrained on customer service and actually being a decent human being to people/customers! Awful experience! Left feeling like I had been verbally abused just becauseI asked for help twice. There's no reason to be that way or mad and if you don't want to wait on customers then go somewhere else that doesn't have to deal with the public or work from home instead of taking it out on people who come there to spend money at Michael's whom you are giving a bad name by your attitude. Don't ruin customers' experience because you don't want to be there. Go find another job if you are not there to help and keep customers...
