WORST experience I've EVER had at a restaurant and we didn't even eat. Upon the hostess greeting us we let her know we need 2 adults and 2 children with highchairs. She told us there were 2 people ahead of us and it would be just a few minutes, but she never took our name. After waiting roughly 10 minutes we were brought to a raised booth with 2 booster seats. We let the hostess know that unfortunately the booster seats wouldn't work and we were asked to go up front to wait for a table. After another 10 minutes we were brought to a ground level booth again with booster seats by the same girl we had just told we couldn't use booster seats. She went and got us 2 highchairs but within 2 minutes the server came over and told us we couldn't use the highchairs at a booth due to fire code (we sit in booths with highchairs all the time, but ok). We once again went back up front and waited for a third time. After another 10-15 minutes I noticed 2 tables getting up and thought "oh finally we're actually going to get to sit down" but I was wrong. After a couple minutes I looked up from chasing my 2 year old twins around to notice the same hostess had seated 2 other parties that arrived well after we did. I proceeded to go up to the hostess and asked her what happened and she said "Look I just forgot about you and if you saw me seating other people you should've told me. I am busy and can't keep track of everybody" in a rude tone. I proceeded to let her know in a respectful manner that I didn't feel it was my place to do her job for her. I was then completely disrespected not only by her, but her sidekick as well. I asked for a manager and she got extremely angry and was extremely hateful towards me. The manager finally came up to speak with me and the entire time we were discussing the issue the hostess was in the background mocking me. The hostess NEVER took any names and was seating people solely based off her memory which clearly wasn't very good. I have worked in MANY restaurants and I was absolutely appalled at the way my wife and I were treated by the staff. There are many other things I could go into such as the filth of the entire restaurant and the soap I almost slipped on in the bathroom, but I'll save that for another day. I pick up to go from this location quite often and this same girl is never friendly. I've been a fan of Buffalo Wild Wings for a VERY log time and it's extremely frustrating to know how I was treated by an establishment that I have given business to for a very long time. I feel like this issue could've been addressed properly, but I was so frustrated by the way I was mocked by the hostess that my wife and I left to bring our business elsewhere. I hope BWW takes note of this issue and does what's necessary to address this type of issue. If you are a fan of BWW I would suggest your bring your business to a different location and absolutely don't go to this location.    Read moreI would like to thank Justin, the manager tonight helping fix my order. I could clearly see they were short handed, and a few of the employees there seemed a bit lazy. No judgment, just a observation. Because when I arrived to receive a correction order. I was told to ask for Justin. A man who had empty cups from bussing tables, came to the counter and asked what I needed help with. While a women on the other side twirled her key card or ID or whatever it was. I asked for Justin, he said that was him and asked if I was the correction order. Which I was and he took the cups into the back and returned and said it was almost done. No big deal. As I was waiting for my return a women entered and was clearly angry because she did not care that I was standing in front of her. The manager Justin helped her. Said she had a to go order. He said it would be a few minutes. And she complained that she was told the order would be done in 15 mins. And that it had been 16 mins. He went to the back. Came and told her it would be another few minutes and she said ok and complained under her breath as she walked out. And now I wonât say what my issue was. Because I donât know whose fault it was. And I donât really care. But he was taking care of it. Letâs just say it wasnât that bad, but I had a hungry 2 year old and a pregnant fiancĂ© that both wanted certain things. So you can understand my situation. Maybe 5 minutes later I received my food. I know this because bohemian rhapsody was playing in my headphones and the song wasnât over yet. I get my correct order. And head out. I check it over. Iâm missing ranch and celery. No big deal. But thatâs what pregnant fiancĂ© was craving. So I had to go back in. Right behind the angry lady. He sees her, already knows who she is. Because of the first meeting and asks me what my issue is. Tell him and he walks back and shortly after returns with my ranch and celery and the angry ladies order. I thank him and he apologized and she storms off mad. I know Iâm rambling. But I seen the reviews before I posted this. And a lot of them are angry people that were angry before they got there. I had a right to be angry if I wanted to be, because I had two hungry people that didnât get what they wanted and had to drive back to the store. But you shouldnât act like that. It wasnât Justin that made my order. But he did everything he could to correct it. So to whoever reads these. Donât act or treat people like the angry women. Especially when 6 or 7 minutes longer than you expected is what your angry about. He did everything to fix my order. And I will return regardless of what the other reviews say. A angry person is gonna leave a bad and angry review. Because if your a angry person. Nothing is good enough. And I want to say thank you to the manager Justin. I really appreciate everything tonight. And sorry for the hassle.

   Read moreHad a terrible experience at this particular Buffalo Wild Wings. I typically go to the middletown location which has never let me down. Back in December I had placed a late night group to go order of wings, however initially it said the order would be ready that night and then changed the estimate to 11:00 am the next morning. I called to cancel the order because I did not want the order in the morning. The manager on duty said everything was taken care of and I should see a refund in 3-7 business days. I waited a couple weeks, still no refund, call the store and get put on hold for 30 minutes only for a manager to pick up, have me explain everything, and hang up on me. I called back the next day, got placed on hold for about 20 minutes trying to get connected with a manager. I get connected and he tells me that my issue is an IT issue and he will give them a call and follow up the next day with me. It had been 3 days, I still received no follow up call. Finally I went to the store in person, extremely frustrated at this point and offered to just take a cash refund. I was informed that they could not do that and couldn't figure out what had gone wrong but the manager on duty took my phone number down and said he would give me a call the next day. I did not receive any call, at this point I had returned back to college and this had been taking place over a full month that I was charged for this large group order that I had never received and was trying desperately just to get my money back for the food I never received. After many dead end calls with management and no follow up at all, I decided to call the Buffalo Wild Wings national corporate order to voice my complaint. I explained everything to the woman on the phone and she said that I would receive an email within the next few days to follow up. I never received anything from the corporate number. This had been an ongoing 2 month issue, however amidst this COVID-19 pandemic my order has been long forgotten. After trips to the location and hours spent on the phone explaining my situation to various people both at the location and the corporate level, I still have not received my money.
