This is the worst prepared Starbucks I have ever visited. I am enrolled in the app and scheduled a specific time for my coffee to be ready. I understand that mornings are high volume and we are under a pandemic, which is why I ordered ahead in the first place. Upon arrival the line for the drive thru window was not only around the Starbucks, but the ENTIRE shopping center. Due to COVID-19, no one is allowed to enter the store; again, completely understand. However; I do not have time to wait a hour + for a coffee as I have to be at work - I am an Administrator to a trucking company who is responsible for delivering life saving medical supplies to the hospitals most in need; this is not the time for me to be late to work over a coffee. When I called the store to simply cancel my order I was informed I'm not able to do that, as I have to be at the store...? I can't be in the store. I can't wait in line. I have my receipt number, account number, ALL my information... this is not that difficult of a request, Starbucks. Perhaps "ready times" should not be available via the app, because this is completely unnecessary and unacceptable. Highly disappointed, not getting a refund, and a barista is making a coffee that will ultimately be thrown out. Lock it...
Read moreSadly, this location has lost considerably in the quality control department. Here are my last 3 visits:
Ordered a drink w/ sweet cream; 2% milk was used instead. Not cool given the $1.25 upcharge. Were extra shots added? Doubtful. Tweeted corporate and got ignored (they used to respond).
Ordered a coffee and food order. Twenty minutes after placing the order, I asked staff to fill the food order or refund me. They chose the refund route. Roughly eight staff members were available but only superficially as there appeared to be hard divisions of labor.
Ordered a drink w/ sweet cream; 2% milk was used instead. It also felt more like a tall in a grande cup.
Coffee and convenience is why we order. Instead, you'll often get disappointment and debate. There are other locations nearby. This location is worth skipping until around Q2 2023, when hopefully they get their personnel issues sorted and you can once again order...
Read moreAfter waiting in the drive through line for 15 to 20 minutes I asked for a large Komodo Dragon coffee. Normally this is a pour over, which is still great, I will wait. The store manager gets on and claims it's currently taking 45 minutes to make coffee. She then womansplains how to make pour-over coffee and says that will take 20 minutes. Myself and anyone else that have made pour-over coffee before knows she was blatantly lying. She said I'd have to come in the store of I wanted my coffee after already waiting 20 minutes at this point. For time reasons I had to accept what they had pre-made and had been sitting there for who knows how long. HELP - LOOKING FOR A PLACE THAT WILL SELL YOU A PLAIN COFFEE Evidently all starbucks sells these days is sugar, with a little bit of coffee. I'll visit again the next time I want to start my path towards heart disease...
