Firstly, let me express that the bed I am now resting on is the best bed I’ve ever had in my life!! I would recommend this store to anyone and everyone!! But please see Eric!! And let me tell you why!! 😌

On Valentine’s Day weekend, my spouse surprised me; expressing that he wanted to buy me new furniture. I told him what I really wanted, which was a new bed.

So after our VDay dinner, we decided to stop by Mattress Firm (right before our movie date) just to look around and see if there was anything that we liked.

As soon as we came through the door we were greeted by a sales representative named Eric. Though we expressed that we were just looking and not 100% willing to commit to anything he was super supportive!! Sometimes you’ll get a rep who is very pushy but Eric was not!! We told him what we were looking for (a firm mattress) and he was was able to assist us tremendously!! He had so much knowledge about the mattress industry and was super patience with us as we tried different beds that fitted our needs.

What I appreciated the most was that Eric was super personable. I think that is so important in a sales representative; someone who isn’t just after your money but someone who is genuinely trying to assist and help you! We also met the owner of the site and he too was very personable and let us know that we were in good hands 😌

He was just so great at his job that we then decided to commit with purchasing a mattress!! However, it was getting closer to our movie date time and we asked if it was okay for us to come back the following morning to complete the necessary paperwork instead of rushing the process. Once again Eric understood our concerns and agreed to meet us first thing the next morning (on Valentine’s Day!) The Presidents Day sales were also that weekend and he wanted to make sure that we had his full attention since things could get a little crazier later on haha.

We decided to commit to a firm King Size Beauty Rest Pressure Smart mattress, along with two XL foundations (box springs) and king size cooling pillows!! I felt like we received such a good deal!!

Our items were delivered to our home 2 days later and the delivery team (third party) was completely awesome!! They arrived on time and helped us bring in our beds with abiding by CDC guidelines!!

I’ll say it again, this is the best bed I ever laid on in my life!!! I waited to right my review after we slept in it and I can’t believe we waited this long!! I am hoping to send my in laws their way since they too are hoping to buy a new bed soon!!

Again Eric was super amazing so my bias is to send anyone his way (haha) but from what I experienced, the entire environment was superb!! The quality is amazing!! The pricing is outstanding!! And I’m an so happy that we now can sleep peacefully!!...

We walked in. We met David. Talked to David. David was very helpful and patient with us. He explained things we never really thought about when buying a bed. David gave us a great deal! We left feeling good about our purchase. Couple of days later, the delivery guys came, set it up in fifteen minutes. Done! We're really happy and very comfortable on our new bed, like never before. That's the long and short of it all.

I highly recommend this company. The establishment was bright and very spacious, as most furniture stores are; no worries about physical distancing even if there were other people. We were assured that all the displays were sanitized, so we had no reservations about trying out most of the mattresses. Just so happened that my wife and I were the only ones there, so we had David's undivided attention. Really, we never thought to consider all those things that were explained to us. We never felt rushed or that it was hard selling. It was really a friendly discussion based on personal experience. You can tell that he had a passion for it, and that his purpose was to help people find what they needed.

All in all, we left feeling that we made a friend and got a really good deal at the same time. I've always thought that a bed was just another piece of furniture, but really, it's an investment in well-being. We saved around $3400 on a Francesca mattress with an adjustable base, and IT IS AWESOME!

First, I’d like to start off saying David was amazing to deal with!!! I’ll be recommending him to everyone I know looking for a new mattress. We first went in nervous about our mattress purchase due to the pandemic but we were presently surprised at the masks, hand sanitizer and sanitizing wipes they had available as soon as you walked in the door. David was busy but greeted us and was very polite. We looked at the mattresses and since mattress shopping is a big purchase we didn’t want to jump at the first one we liked so, we left and went to some other stores. Needless to say we came back because we were not thrilled with any other store. I want to say this store had the best selection, the friendliest, and all around nice products then most of their competitors. I can’t tell you enough how much David helped us during our purchase. We went in there just for a new mattress but, we walked out with a mattress, adjustable base and a mattress cover for an amazing price. We are absolutely thrilled. David was AWESOME and by far the best person we have dealt with in a very long time. This guy deserves an award! He was friendly, not overly pushy, knowledgeable, personable, professional....if I could steal him to work at my company I would lol. Amazed at how absolutely easy the purchase went and much of a breath of fresh air it was to deal with David.
