Least helpful people you will find. Went there with a battery I was sure was fairly new and had to have warranty left on it. I didn't have time to stand there and wait while they charged it. Just said give me a battery. I left and later thought, can't you do that and if it tests bad, give me a credit? So I called back and asked, Tony says, yes, we can do that. Funny, I don't remember you offering that to me!! I Gave all my information and said let me know what the result is. He never called. After about 3 hours, I called back in and he says, oh yeah, it came up replace battery!!! I said oh ok, how do I get the credit for it? He then tells me I need to bring the new battery back to the store so he can do the credit!! This was Saturday around 2:00. I said how late are you open, he says, till 3:00. I know I'm not going to make it, I say what are your hours during the week, he says till 6:00. I said, I doubt I can make it in time and I don't get home till 6 during the week. I said, I will get there as soon as I can. A few minutes later, I call back and say, are you open tomorrow (Sunday). Tony, again says yes we are' 9 to 2. Really??? you couldn't have mentioned that when I asked about your hours??? Final Straw, I show up Sunday, walk in with my receipt, he punches the keyboard for a few minutes and says, you'll be getting a $119 credit. Guess what?? I hate when Google Maps prompts me to rate a shopping plaza but, after dismissing most of them in the past, I feel like I should give it a try. This plaza has lots of shops and a lot of parking spaces. Win! Sadly, some of the people who drive their car through the myriad of parking spaces don't seem to realize that there is a defined traffic pattern that they're supposed to follow. Sad! I also love when people park their nice cars diagonally across a few spots in the farther reaches of the parking lot, so as to mitigate any chance of getting 'dinged' by another car. I get it, but it's still funny and I can only imagine the number of different ways that people, far more nefarious than I, would mess with these cars. This plaza had two such instances of this phenomenon....
