iCoconutGrove — Local services in Miami

I've never encountered such incompetence and disrespect from a management team and owner in my life. This establishment is a prime example of how not to run a business. From start to finish, my experience was marred by their utter lack of professionalism and basic decency.

Let's start with the management: they were clueless, disorganized, and downright rude. It's like they haven't heard of customer service or basic manners. They ignored simple requests, mishandled orders, and couldn't even manage a simple apology when they messed up. It's appalling how they treat their customers like inconveniences rather than paying patrons.

And don't get me started on the owner. This person must think they're above everyone else because they certainly act like it. Their arrogance and dismissive attitude towards customer feedback are astounding. It's clear they care more about their ego than actually running a respectable business.

The entire experience left a bitter taste in my mouth. It's a shame because the place has potential if it were under competent and respectful management. Until then, save yourself the headache and avoid this place like the plague. There are plenty of other businesses that actually appreciate their customers and know how to treat them...

My husband and I booked a room at iCoconutGrove the night before our cruise out of Miami. The day before leaving home, I got an email from the property manager stating that we had been given a free upgrade. Upon arrival, the front desk staff was not the most welcoming - they asked if I had a reservation, and I gave them our last name and confirmation number... They couldnt find the reservation, and asked if I was staying at the hotel or in a private unit. I wasnt aware there was a difference, since I had never been there and none of my emails stated that I was in one or the other. One girl actually rolled her eyes at me... Very unprofessional.

The unit we had was really nice. It was basically a studio apartment. Larger than a hotel room - it had a complete functional kitchen. Very handy! We loved that we had the option to use Netflix. The restaurant on site was very good. The bed was so comfy we had a really hard time getting up the next morning. (The blackout curtains were truly blackout curtains. So nice.)

Overall, very happy with our stay. Would definitely recommend, and will return anytime we cruise out of...

Staying at iCoconutGrove was the best decision I could have made for my last minute thanksgiving vacation. The place actually looks EXACTLY like the pictures on the website. The room was immaculate, the gym and pool were amazing and the whole ambiance was warm and welcoming. What a beautiful location, close to everything and the staff are so helpful and accommodating. Ernesto was my contact there and he was amazing!! He answered all my questions quickly, made sure I had everything I needed for my stay. He was patient with my many questions and really helped make my stay as comfortable as possible. There's an onsite restaurant that has AMAZING buffalo wings, and drinks. It's pricey, but worth it. I recommend the coconut mojito as well. They actually bring you food by the pool! I can't say enough about this place.
