Disclaimer:The review contains the expeiriences from 2018-2021,but I am mainly getting context from an order TODAY. In N out probably without a doubt rivals mcdoanlds, and has a seriously better burger than what Mcdonalds will offer. Today, I ordered a Dbl-dbl and 2 fries. The fries weren't crunchy, but rather were soft. Upon further inspection, The fries seemed to be cooked, and it might just be that it was sitting in the bag for too long. Most peculiar, I found a large palm-sized potato wedge alongside my fries. The burger was great, but fries were of lower quality than what they would serve to you at the stores had it been before covid, but I can't let one expieirence change my personal opinion about a store, as it comes down to luck. Now, I know that In n out is fresher than Mcdonalds, but if it comes down to In'n'out or Mcdonalds next time, I think I would prefer to eat at mcdonalds, because it does have more customers. 2 years ago, The in n out here used to be the competition for Mcdonalds, as you also had to include the "vibe", The quality was fresher, there were more options, and it was generally more social than the mcdonalds. Now, since there is none of that, and it just comes down to food, I dont think they put much love into there food since they don't actually see anyone in person, so there has to be lack of inspiration. An employee once told me that they loved working here, and put a lot of effort into making the burger, since they would like to be Gordon Ramsay. Yes, back then freshness also included how much love they put into making the food, and now, since you can't be social, people have been less inspired to cook well for others. It's sad, but at the end of the day, I think that these employees did a great job and I feel for them since it's tough out there. Next time, I would try going for the mcdonalds, however, I feel like they were made for drive-through, while In-n-Out was made to be fresh(freshness also means the love they...

Burgers here are good, but they glorify this burger like eating it is going to be some sort of profound experience. Honestly..it was a letdown when i realized it looked quite simply , like a glorified mcdouble with toasted buns. That said, the burger meat itself was delicious, and felt like it was a real, non frozen patty which o did appreciate. The fries here ...not worth it at all. McDonald's or Wendy's fries...way better tasting and almost worthy of that sinful feeling i get after eating them, lol. Service wise, its takes FOREVER to get your food here because they are so locally revered that they literally have a nonstop line in both the lobby and in the drive through. I do commend the staff here for their diligence, and effort to deal with all the rush as efficiently and caring as possible with what seemed to be ACTUAl concern for their customers. Whatever this establishment does to garner such loyalty from its staff i do not know..but keep doing it 😉 staff was friendly and did not get my order wrong, despite an extremely fast...

I used to get the fries extra well done and it’s perfectly crispy… but after a few, maybe 2 times of having it super dark and toasted, I decided to just get the regular fries. I don’t know who’s frying the fries but my fries became toasted black. That’s one complaint I have and I just decided to change how I order my fries instead of making drama. One time, the person in charge on the drive through giving food was not paying attention. I asked for extra napkins and she said okay, went to do other stuff and so I waited. When she got back on me, she tried to give me another bag of food which I didn’t grab and only stared at her coz I’m waiting for the extra napkins. Then she realized I’m the same customer, so she apologized and then asked me again what I want coz she wasn’t paying attention. I said extra napkins and then she went ahead and gave me...

Can in & out ever go wrong? Not in my books. Everything is spot on with their food, service and feel. When you enter an in & out, you know what you are walking into - old school red and white diner vibe burger joint. You will order their menu items and their not so secret menu items, have a good exchange with the server and be on your merry way with a satisfying meal. Nothing more, nothing less. And I would have it no different. In & out is classic west coast burger place, you don't have to think further. It's always great visiting any locations for its consistency. Tip: get fries with animal style sauce Tip 2: they have vegetarian options too with grilled cheese which is essentially the same burger without the meat and you can add more onions or lettuce.

What a first In-N-Out experience… after a 13 course family style Cantonese dinner, a large group of us walked across the parking lot to In-N-Out because as a Michigander, I have never even seen one before. Apparently, I was a human garbage disposal that night because after that meal, I had a double double with cheese, fries, and a chocolate shake lol. Overall, the food was good! Was it the best food of my life? No. But, it was really good for fast food. I definitely see the appeal to it. It was a lot cheaper than I thought, too. Off of memory, it was like $10 ish for everything that I mentioned - I expected it to be more because of California. Definitely understand the hype of these places!

In-N-Out was the very first meal I had right after touching down in San Francisco—and I ended up going back a second time. On my first visit, I went classic and ordered straight from the board: the original burger and fries. Simple, fresh, and exactly what you expect from In-N-Out after a long flight. The second time, I explored the not-so-secret menu. I tried the Animal Style Burger, Animal Style Fries, and a Neapolitan Shake. The burger came with extra sauce, grilled onions, and pickles—messy but satisfying. The fries were loaded, a bit overwhelming but fun to try. The shake was a perfect mix of chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry. Pleasant memories. Thank you!
