I recently had the pleasure of visiting Fotile, an appliance store, on a busy weekend afternoon and had the pleasure of meeting Michelle. Her exceptional customer service and friendly demeanor left a lasting impression on me and my experience at Fotile.

Upon arriving at the store, Michelle apologized for the wait and showed genuine appreciation for every single customer. Despite the busy atmosphere, she managed to maintain a positive and helpful attitude throughout our interaction. Her dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction was evident from the very beginning.

During our visit, we purchased a new model oven. Michelle informed us about the expected wait time, which was a couple of weeks. Throughout the entire shipping process, she went above and beyond by providing regular updates on the progress and making sure we were aware of any changes. Her proactive communication was greatly appreciated, as it helped us plan accordingly.

Can’t say enough good things about Fotile and their kitchen design team! Michelle (the owner) is super friendly and helpful, and Vicky (the cabinet designer) is an absolute star. She was so patient with all my back-and-forth — seriously went above and beyond to make sure every little detail was perfect.

The Fotile range hood? AMAZING. Powerful, quiet, and sleek — truly the gold standard for Chinese appliances. Once you use it, you’ll never want anything else.

My cabinets turned out gorgeous — modern, clean, and incredibly well thought-out. You can tell they really care about quality and making sure the customer is 100% happy.
