Outdated and disgustingly dirty carpet. I very rarely give negative reviews, but I felt very mislead by the positive reviews of others here. This hotel was not clean. Far from it. The carpet was so dirty that you could see the changes in coloration from high and low traffic areas. It was also so sticky I didn't dare walk on it with bare feet. The flooring in the bathroom was also extremely dated and did not match up with the toilet. We found bugs in our shower area and stains on our bed linens. This place was also dangerously outdated. The light switches and smoke alarm looked original to the building and over 50 years old. We went to the office area for breakfast at 7:10, but the door was locked and lights were off. We were so disgusted by the state of the floors that we found another place to stay in town after one night and left in the afternoon. When we passed by 3 hours later on our way to dinner there was already another car in the spot for our room. Since we left after 2 and it was only about 5 I would be surprised if the linens were changed since they already came in earlier that day to replace the towels, but did not make up the beds. Even the tip envelopes and information sheets were coated with dirty fingerprints. In the age of Covid, this is unacceptable.

When I first walked in the room, I was smacked in the face by the smell of cleaner. At first thought, I anticipated the room to be clean from the lingering smell of the cleaning products, but as I stepped in further, the details of the room emerged to show the opposite. The resemblance of black mold above the shower and the dingy bathroom towels with questionable stains were just the start. The worst part was how dirty the bed was. The top comforter had numerous large stains on it and the sheets had a series of various hairs. I reluctantly chose to stay since I already paid for the room and had to zoom call someone on a kiosk to even check in. The noise from the street was incredibly loud and the door to the room also had a massive gap in the bottom of it. The price paid for the room was truly not worth it with so many different options in the area. Trust me when I say, stay somewhere else. Stayed 6/26-6/27 room 117.

This place has fantastic reviews so I trusted Adventure Inn to rest us up before exploring Arches National Park. From the start, they almost weren’t able to give us our RESERVED room because they let someone stay an extra night in our original room. They had to scurry to find us a different room which they thankfully found (room 119) because there was next to no vacancy in town within our price range; they clearly had no idea what they were doing. Then in the middle of the night, I woke up to a cockroach ON my body. Needless to say, I didn’t sleep for the rest of the night. Finally upon checkout I asked to speak to the manager about our experiences only for the guy at the front to claim he didn’t speak English and that the manager wasn’t there. He clearly didn’t care even after I showed him the roach picture. By far WORST hotel experience ever. Do not stay here. Spend a few extra dollars for something nicer.

Adventure Inn Moab was very disappointing. The location of the inn was not bad but the room was horrible. As soon as we went to check in, they put us in a room that was off to the side where there was barely enough parking to fit our truck in the spot. We asked the person at the desk if they had a room on the front side and he said those are only double Queen rooms and we are stuck with what we got. He also seemed to have a little bit of an attitude. Once we got to the room, there was a lady sitting in a chair in front of the room next to us who looked like she was addicted to meth. This did not make us feel comfortable at all. Once we got inside l the room, it was horrible. The bed was uncomfortable and seemed to be worn out. Also the bed frame was not attached to anything so it just moved all over the place. The floor was dirty and the room had a unclean smell to it. I did not bother contacting the front desk because I'm sure nothing would have gotten fixed so we just stuck it out for the night since we were there only for one night. Once we left I noticed I was missing a charger plug and cord for my watch. I knew that I forgot it there so I contacted the inn to see if they found it. The staff member said he would ask housekeeping the next day and contact me. I ended up having to call him back because he never contacted me and he said they did not find anything and also gave me an attitude. I know for a fact that it was left there so that tells me that either housekeeping or another employee probably got it. We will never stay at...

My original review of the Adventure Inn didn’t show up on the TripAdvisor site so I am writing again- that is how much I appreciated this hotel and the amazing staff who work there! I stayed at the Adventure in for 10 days in January. I needed to find an affordable hotel for such an extended visit and I had not stayed in Moab before so I relied on the tripadvisor reviews myself. This is a super sweet hotel that is family owned. It was impeccably clean, the rooms were basic but had everything I needed and more. I was able to buy groceries at the local market and store them in my small in-room refrigerator and use the microwave (also in my room) to heat up dinner when I didn’t feel like going out. The hotel serves breakfast including eggs and great coffee. It was quiet at night and I slept well- I think I was in room 114 (?) which is a corner room with a queen bed. The highlight of my stay was meeting two phenomenal women who work there- Janelle and Tanisha. I met Janelle when I checked in and I have NEVER encountered anyone in the service industry who was more kind and helpful than her. She cared so much about my comfort and well-being, and she wanted to make sure I had a great stay. Tanisha was not officially working the night I checked in, but she was at the property and helped me get situated in my corner room. Honestly, interacting with both of them gave me new hope in humanity. Thank you Janelle and Tanisha!!!!! I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay again if...

We stayed here Feb 16 to 19. Just myself and my wife in a anniversary get away. First the bad: There is no extras. No pool, no hot tub, the breakfast is more of a snack before you go to breakfast. The queen rooms have really tight parking, but its right outside your door and each space is assigned so at least you know where and that you have a place to park. Its noisey in your room. Only a shower in our room, after the hiking we did, a tub would have been fantastic to soak in.

The good: Its just a basic room with a decent price. Off peak season we paid 47 a night. The bed was comfortable and good sheets. A table and 2 chairs. A mini fridge and microwave. 2 nightstands. A flatscreen tv. A large shower. The noise dies down after about 9 but becomes decent about 7. All the noise was from traffic on main street. The staff was friendly and nice. We knew when we booked that it lacked the extras and decided it was worth not having those to save money so we could do more. Mexican restaurant is next door and a maverick across the road. Room was clean and had zero issues. Had we brought the kids I would have stayed someplace else with a pool, but for just us it was more than fine. Knowing all this I would give it five stars if they could find a way to open up parking a bit and dampen the traffic noise. They can't. It is what it is. Would I stay here again? Damn straight I would. Clean, comfortable, and friendly wins over...
