Wow. Where to start... We're on vacation, traveling through, spending one night. We stopped here because the reviews seem good.

To start... Clean, friendly wait staff at the front. My dinner was great. And, to be clear, I have rarely written a negative review, but this one's for the books.

The waiter messed up on two of the four orders (not mine). Not a big deal, but it got worse. One of us ordered a Bombay G and T to start. The waiter brought him a low-ball with just a shot of gin. No ice. No tonic. No lime. Just a shot. When we flagged him down, he apologized and made the order right. Two of us ordered one of the biggest, most expensive burgers on the menu (double patty Wagyu burgers). They came back as single patty burgers. We stopped the waiter and politely pointed out the mistake. He apologized and took the plates away. We also pointed out that we hadn't gotten any napkins or silverware. When that came two of us could start eating. A lot of time went by. Two of us pretty much finished our meals by now. The other dinners came back. One patty hot, one patty not plus the sides were changed to something that wasn't ordered. Again, the waiter apologized and had the original side remade. They also took away the silverware, so we had to ask again. By this time, two of us were done, some food was cold. Here's where it got sketchy. The manager came over to appease my friend (who was disappointed, but professional). The reasonable and customary response would have been to comp the burger. The manager typically should have lead with that. Instead, he asked how he can make things right. He should not have done that. He put the customer in an awkward position to ask the reasonable thing. His response was that he wouldn't comp the burger. WHAT? You ask the customer and then you deny the request that he shouldn't have had to make? The discussion turned to asking why he wouldn't. His response was that he legally couldn't comp alcoholic beverages. THAT IS NOT WHAT WAS ASKED. There was more discussion to try to have him understand our side as customers. He got offended. Then, he walked away. At this point discussion at our table was about how he mishandled, misplayed this scenario. Then, the manager came back and told us that he would take care of the whole bill, complained about how we were horrible customers, told us off in front of other customers nearby. So, it went from simply comping a burger, maybe two, to voiding the entire bill (including alcoholic beverages), and telling us how awful we were and to never come back. What a jerk.

His passive-aggressive response was crazy and he escalated the situation and tried to make us out to be the cause of the problem. His fragile ego got the better of him this time. Rest assured, I'm not going back ever. Please be careful if you go...

Not sure what all the hype is about here. Unless you come in exhausted after all day activities or are three sheets to the wind, I can’t imagine ever thinking anything here is even close to good. Family of four, and nothing any of us ordered was finished. The salad had meat on it that gave off an odor that left my wife unable to finish the salad. I had wings which were sitting in a basket of grease (I’m aware wings are fried, but next time maybe bang the fry basket a couple of times before you dump them in your serving basket) and a BLT with bacon so over cooked it was inedible. Child one got fish and chips that must have been prepared by the same person who made my wings because it was all grease. Child two ordered french fries.. how you ruin french fries, is beyond me but I usually expect a certain amount of crisp to a fry. I have cooked for 15 years and know all of this could easily have been remedied but the most glaring error was in the aspect that had direct control over our experience…our server. Not once did she check on us after she dropped the food, no refills of even water, not to mention teas or coffees, and the coup de gras, she lost our credit card after we gave it to her. After 15 minutes of waiting for our check to come back she walks over to ask us if we already gave her a credit card and then told us she had lost it. Luckily a 7 year old child had handed it to another server after she picked it up off the floor and her parents overheard our server talking to herself saying “I don’t think you gave it to me, I can’t have lost it already”. Believe what you will out of this post, but neither I nor any family member or friend will be returning here. I almost always give a second chance, because I know that everyone has “off days” but this was not an establishment that will even garner a return visit, as the entire experience...

My first time here and I will definitely be back! Picked this place to celebrate my birthday with my partner and my pup. The outdoor patio was pleasantly shaded and there was even a doggie treat menu. We got there right at 11 to start the celebration. The server, picking up on the birthday vibe, informed us that, in Moab, alcohol cannot be served before 11:30, but he promised he would be at our table at 11:30 to take our drink order. He was at our table at 11:28 to ensure our drinks were delivered promptly at 11:30 and diligently checked in with us throughout our meal! My partner ordered the whiskey tango burger. The burger was very tasty, juicy and cooked perfectly. I decided to be adventurous and ordered the salami tapenade sandwich (because most places miss the mark making a good sandwich). As a self proclaimed foodie, I have quite possibly never had a sandwich as amazing as the tapenade and salami sandwich!! My picky partner agreed! We fought over the leftovers later that day. The salami was pan-fried with slightly crispy edges. The bread was soft and the perfect vessel...not a typical unhinge-your-jaw-to-eat ciabatta roll. The cheese was melty and the tapenade was splendid. If that wasn't enough, the waiter surprised us with their daily special bread pudding, which was white russian flavored, to round out my birthday. I am not a dessert person and definitely not a bread pudding person, but I actually liked it! It was perfectly spongey and not soggy even with the dallop of vanilla ice cream. The food and the service was top notch!! You will not be disappointed dining at...

If you're looking for a casual and friendly spot to grab a bite to eat or enjoy a cold beer after a day of exploring Moab, the Trailhead Pub and Grill is a must-visit. Located in the heart of town, this laid-back eatery offers a welcoming atmosphere and delicious food. During our recent trip to Moab, my friend and I had the pleasure of dining at the Trailhead Pub and Grill on a couple of occasions. We were immediately drawn to the relaxed ambiance and the friendly faces of the young staff. The restaurant's rustic decor and outdoor seating area create a perfect setting for enjoying a meal or a drink. The menu at the Trailhead features a variety of classic American dishes, as well as a few local favorites. We were particularly impressed by their burgers and sandwiches, which were cooked to perfection and packed with flavor. The patty melt and reuben were standout dishes, with perfectly grilled bread, melted cheese, and savory meats. For a more shareable option, the outlaw nachos were a hit, loaded with crispy chips, melted cheese, and a variety of toppings. After a long day of hiking or exploring the nearby national parks, the Trailhead Pub and Grill is the ideal place to unwind and refuel. Their selection of beers and other beverages is sure to satisfy any thirst. Whether you're looking for a quick lunch or a leisurely dinner, the Trailhead is a great choice for anyone visiting Moab.

You will find this pub nestled in the heart of Moab, and what is nice about this place it is more than just a pub - it's a gathering spot for outdoor enthusiasts and beer lovers alike. For those of us you visit this area, Moab is the epicenter of off-roading, hiking, and biking country, and this laid-back watering hole is the perfect place to refuel after a day of exploring the stunning natural beauty of southeastern Utah. They have a rotating selection of local and regional craft beers, and the taps are always flowing with something new and exciting. Their menu features a range of delicious pub grub, from classic burgers to mouthwatering wings and tacos. But what this place stands out from the rest is its commitment to the local community of outdoor enthusiasts, with maps and guides covering the walls. There are two floors to the pub, with a small outdoor patio upstairs, which is usually held for those you bring along their fur friends. We heard they have special events like live music, trivia nights, and even outdoor film screenings on a regular basis and the night we were there they had someone on the first floor playing his guitar. This place is very busy, so expect to wait for a table or a place at the bar and parking spaces are limited to street parking. Finally, a special thank you goes out to Aurora, who did a wonderful job taking care of all of us during our visit.

We stayed at Homewood Suits by Hilton while in Moab. This restaurant is literally next door to the hotel so it's conveniently located on the corner next to hotels which makes walking to it easy. There's an upper and lower level. We were taken upstairs & seated. I ordered the special which was a quesadilla which came with chips and salsa for $13. Well worth it. The food was tasty and your dollar goes farther at this place than others we ate at in Moab. The staff is friendly, professional and polite. Our server was Jorge, he was wonderful. We didn't have to ask for refills; he noticed our beverages running low and he refilled us. Which was really nice. They do allow dogs. So if you're not a dog person this isn't the place for you and honestly may not be the City for you because there are dogs walking around Moab a lot. While we were in the restaurant 2 dogs came in - 1 was a pit and the other a small dog. Jorge got them iced water in a dog bowl which was really cool. My husband & I adore animals so this was an awesome experience for us. If you're not an animal person that is unfortunate, and this restaurant and city may not be enjoyable for you.
